So glad I found Aroldo & All Pro Jetting - he was professional, on time, and patiently & expertly did the hydro-jet sewer line clean-out & camera work we needed to get done. I will GLADLY recommend him to my clients, friends and colleagues.

Aroldo was professional, courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. Cleared a clogged drain and replaced old pipe connection. Would absolutely call him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink was completely backed up and we had a different plumbing company, who we’ve previously hired, come out to take a look. The tech seemed really salesy and the price he quoted seemed a little outrageous so we decided to shop around.

We ultimately went with Aroldo and All Pro Jetting & Plumbing. He’s a sincere person and quoted us a reasonable price (a LOT more reasonable than our first quote from the other plumber).

Aroldo showed up right when he said he would which we appreciated. (The previous plumbing company we used didn’t even show up for the 1st appt and were late for the rescheduled appt).

The work he performed and the equipment he used were top quality and our sink is functioning flawlessly now. He took plenty of pictures for us and ran a camera all the way down to the street so we were able to verify the pipes were completely clear. He had a professional demeanor & appearance and a clean, professional looking van.

It’s nice when you find someone in the trades (whether it’s a mechanic, electrician, or plumber, etc) who is honest, trustworthy & reliable and we absolutely got that impression from Aroldo / All Pro Jetting & Plumbing. We’ll be contacting him for all future plumbing work we need done and we’ll be recommending him to others who need plumbing work done as well.

I HIGHLY recommend All Pro Jetting for all your plumbing needs. I had initially hired a different plumber (Whose company shall remain unnamed). Long story short the initial plumber kept coming up with excuses and up-charging for “unexpected issues.”

This was a time sensitive issues due to having a tenant living at the residence. I contacted a buddy who recommended Aroldo from All Pro Jetting. Aroldo spend about 30 min on the phone with me and explained the potential issues and possible options to fix the problem.

Aroldo showed up at the residence and took care of business. He completed the job the initial plumber had could not finish.

After getting the job completed, he had told me a certain step of lining the mainline did not have to be done… ultimately saving me some money. Now in days, it is difficult to find people who do honest work.

My experience with Aroldo and his company was a 5/5. He was honest, friendly, communicated well, did quality work, remained clean throughout the process and fairly priced. With customer service like this, All Pro Jetting will excel.

I was continually updated and informed on the work being done and provided documentation of the work. We had a main sewer line that was backed up and he cleared it that same day hassle free. Aroldo the owner came and did an amazing hydro jetting job. he was prompt, friendly and pricing very reasonable. had floor drain issues at my restaurant and he fixed everything. he explained and showed me each step- which leaves me questioning what the other “corporate” company’s i’ve hired in the past were doing. If I can give All Pro Jetting & Plumbing a 10 star review I would. I was having some plumbing issues at my parents home and I was referred to this company by a fellow employee. I called early morning around 8am and was greeted by Aroldo. I gave him the details of the issues I was having and he told me he was available the same day in the afternoon around 12pm. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained the process of what needed to be done, not only to mention his equipment was super clean including his work van and I can see he is very organized. He was able to jet the residential home and put a camera inside the drains to show you what the issue was. Overall, he keeps his work area clean, is honest with his pricing and provides excellent quick services. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Aroldo is very thoughtful, helpful and knows what he’s doing. He showed up on time and it was a thrill watching him use his jet spray machine to unclog my drains. I am definitely recommending him yo my friends if they need a competent, honest and hard-working plumber.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had a big leak under the kitchen sink. Called several places but DeGennaro Plumbing could come the same day. The plumber found that the trash can under the sink had bumped the drain pipe loose. He tightened it back up and stayed through a dishwasher cycle to be sure nothing leaked. Then he said THERE WAS NO CHARGE because nothing was broken! He just said "Think of us next time you need a plumber.". Who does that?

James DeGennaro rescued us! We just moved to Laguna Niguel and are renting. We noticed the stand alone bath faucet was not only not working but it was leaking. Instead of saying we needed a new one, he was saving the old one. Found the parts and got the job done saving the homeowner from thousands if it leaked through to the ceiling below. I applaud his honesty.
