Regency is one of the few plumbing resources for medical gas specialty. They were instrumental in giving excellent suggestions in our existing lines and was thorough in the inspection. For other dental offices interested in plumbing, they are your go to supplier.

I selected Rooter Man because of its high ratings, but had a very different experience. While I appreciate the ability to book online, I selected a time slot for later the same day, only to receive a call that they couldn't send anyone out. When the technician came out the next day, we were left with a drain that was worse than when the technician arrived and Rooter Man took no responsibility. Would not recommend and will never use this company again.

Manny was great! Came to pump septic tank. Despite some of the obstacles on my property, he did an exceptional job, was very informative. 10/10 will recommend and use in future.

This place is a scam! They're trying to push jetting and pretend they're fixing your toilet but don't finish the job and try to tell you they have to come back with their supervisor and run a camera. All so they can milk you for every penny you got. We called a real plumber that was honest and he did the job to completion no problem. Raul and this company somehow claim to not have the correct equipment to unclog a toilet drain. Hmmm...a multimillion dollar company doesn't have the right equipment 🧐

Griffith was thoughtful and thorough. I was impressed that there was no charge when the drain could not be cleared (estimate was $360).

Recently called Rooter Man due to multiple drains in the house not draining - Albert came out and explained the different potential issues that may be happening. As he uncovered a cracked pipe leading to the main sewer line he kept me informed and shared plenty of details. We ultimately had to do a 60ft trenchless drain repair through the front yard. Albert and team were able to do it quickly. Great service and communication all around. Albert is the man!!

I was able to schedule a visit within the hour for a sink leak. Armand was here on time and was very professional. He looked at it, fixed it right away,and charged fairly.

My elderly mother-in-law recently called Rooterman OC to unclog a drain. The technician showed up, fiddled with the line for about 20 minutes, and said it would be approximately $2900 to repair the drain. The technician sent an estimate with no details other than "misc service" for $2900.

Thankfully she called me. An estimate with no details is a big red flag. I made the multiple hour trip over and was able to unclog the drain in less than one minute (clogged p-trap, any plumber should easily clear that in the same amount of time). I checked all her lines and confirmed the only issue was a clogged p-trap. No leaks, no breaks, nothing that would require $2900 worth of service.

The technician told my MIL he snaked 20 feet of line but couldn't find the clog. I'm starting to think he only pretended to snake it knowing he was going to provide a false repair estimate.

Rooterman is either incompetent (cant find a simple clog) or corrupt (attempting to scam elderly out of multiple thousands of dollars). Take your business elsewhere. There's a special place in hell for those that prey on the elderly.

The inspector Manuel was incredible! On time, explained everything in detail, showed the camera footage in real-time, made it so easy to understand. He was kind, thorough, and professional. I would love to work with Manny again!

Rodney was excellent in every aspects of conducting his work during his services in two full days . Professional, well experienced, cost effective, and went way over his duty to support and provided the best service humanly possible to us during this disastrous time.

This honestly was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Other than the fact that we have to have major work done and the expense is out of this world. But the empathy, compassion, and consideration went above and beyond expected. Multiple people from the team had to come but Sammy was above them all with his service and compassion.

Rodrigo and his friendly crew from Rooter Man Plumbing did an excellent job replacing all our old sewer lines underneath our house and installing a sleeve to the main sewer line. They worked diligently day and night until the job was completed. We are truly grateful for their honest and hard working crew. If you need a plumber who is truly dedicated to their customers and make you feel like a priority, look no further!

George was amazing! He fixed the clogged pipes and was so professional. Called at 4:45 pm and same day service…, fixed by 7:45 pm. So pleased!

When we had a backed up kitchen sink and nothing would work, we called Rooter man and Jose was dispatched to us same day and within the hour! He was kind and personable, and extremely honest. He took videos of what was happening under the house even before the repairs began so that I could see multiple areas and damage to our foundation and not just the immediate trouble area in the sink. I am so happy he did a full inspection!!

During the repair, he actually brought me out to see some of the pipes being replaced and they were 95% blocked. We even had a large leak underground that he was able to lay completely new plumbing. I am so appreciative because everything under the house is wood and our house collapsing would have been catastrophic.

The company was fantastic, and Jose was everything you could hope for in a plumber: he was kind, knowledgeable, a hard worker, and most of all he was honest. Highly recommended and he worked his butt off for two days straight getting us up and running because it was such a major project
