The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. The last time I was here Jordan took the time to explain how to use a different settings on a camera locator despite the fact that it was close to closing time. He was very patient and went over everything thoroughly. They are always very eager to answer any questions one may have about the products they sell or the products they repair. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

We have used Heaton and Sons for over 10 years. They have installed 2 tankless water heaters for us, 1 at our rental and 1 in our own home. We called them out for an emergency backed up sewer line. They came out quickly and took care of the problem. They are always quick to respond and handle everything needed for the job. Will use them in the future.

Ken, Brandon, and their crew are first rate. They have done numerous jobs for me, most recently they installed a tankless water heater. Great job, very professional, and clean. These guys are the best, they really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.

They replaced my old tankless water heater and upgraded the gas and water connections. Ken Heaton and son Daniel worked efficiently as a team, unlike another father/son team I once contracted where dad worked and sonny played on his cell phone! No lie.

First, I got an honest quote and thorough explanation of the work they would do. They were respectful of my property and
cleaned up afterwards. Look, plumbers charge a lot for their labor, and most of the quotes I got were padded with unnecessary upsells. The Heatons don't work that way. They provided me with honest value, earning my trust and future business.

I was referred to Heaton & Son Plumbing by my son and daughter in law who used them for a big renovation in their home. Ken and his son, Daniel, are super easy to work with and take care of the project from start to finish. Very thorough and conscientious workers. We had a small laundry room in the hallway and the existing bi-fold doors (no pics unfortunately) would not open without forcing them past the dryer door and because it was such a tight space we were always pushing the dryer air vent off of the dryer. It was such a pain to deal with. We decided to put barn doors that are bi-fold barn doors in. They look amazing and we were able to gain about 2 inches. See pictures. Thank you, Ken, Daniel and your crew for an amazing job. I would highly recommend them for any project. Bathroom renovation is next!

Our office’s plumbing is finicky, we’re in an older building in Anaheim. Since finding Regency Plumbing our repairs are less frequent and less costly.

Regency's was on time for the service call, completed the requested work (removal/install of kitchen sinks) in an exemplary manner and the project cost was very reasonable when compared to several other companies, some of whom would not even take on the project.

We love these guys! They always finish the job faster than expected and leave our team with some tips on how to best maintain our medical equipment for our offices all over Irvine. Extremely helpful and professional company.

We are a busy medical facility in Culver City and rely on Regency for all our repairs. They have been consistently great to work with, and often find masterful and less costly ways to fix our medical gas and sewer lines.

We asked this company to replace a part of our water heater . The part was issued by Ferguson thru our warranty . The initial cost for this guys to initiate work was $500+. Their person went there replaced the part that was wrong . They charged us for the replacement and labor. The total expense was $1100+ and the water heater still not fixed. Two options we have buy a new one which will cost us $2 k or ask them to return and fix it and who knows how much they will charge us again. We are small business and during this pandemic we do not have enough income that will cover this emergency costs. It is unbelievable that small businesses have no way to fight this financial crisis! Just beware of this kind of deals that are hidden. Thank you.

Once again Rgency Plumbing did an excellent job! Worked around our time schedule and got the shut off valve installed, which was not in the scope of the job but will provide us an option to shut off the water to the office if needed instead of the entire building.
