I don’t trust easily and always think companies are trying to pull a fast one especially in emergency situations. However, that was NOT the case with this company. Super Bowl Sunday our plumbing went out and I called Rooter Man and Jorge arrived. It ended up that we needed to replace our entire main system and it was no easy task. Jorge was so honest, helpful, explained everything that was happening and showed me in real time. He took care of my situation as if it were his own. It was a god send we got him! Not to mention, his supervisor, Sam, was also incredible and had so much empathy for our situation. Hands down I recommend this company and this team!

Rodrigo was great!!! Came out right away and walked us through everything … we had sewage coming through our shower .. our pipes were completely blocked and rooted completely from a palm tree and with the original piping from the 70’s … needless to say we had to replace the entire system… Rodrigo was very detailed … and when it turned into a huge job we weren’t expecting John came out and we discussed in detail what needed to be done … they got the job done fast and it was like they were never here. They dug an 8foot hole in our front yard and put everything back together as if they were never here… AND brought us to code. So thankful we picked the right people to help us .. huge thanks to Rodrigo.

Angel from Rooter Man did a fantastic job and explained everything clearly. He told us the issues and fixed the problem at hand. Angel was a great plumber and we appreciate his hard word, punctuality, and clear language (for us non plumbers). I called at 945 with my blocked drain issue, got a plumber here in 45 minutes, fixed the issue by 1130. I'm very happy. I would recommend this company for fast, friendly, and honest service.

Amazing service! I called them and they arrived super fast. They provided a very competitive quote compared to other companies. Once they finished the work installing the epoxy sleeve on my main line, everything was left spotless, like no one had even been there.
