Jorge came to my house promptly on a Sunday afternoon and was very professional and efficient and opened my sewer line and explained the problem and suggested possible solutions without any pressure. I was very pleased with his work!

Steven and crew were the best! Honest, informative, knowledgeable and tells it like it is. They took many before and after pictures to verify the issues I was having. My main drains and sewer line ended up needing replacement and I’m happy with the service I received. Definitely recommend! Top notch!

I reached them for connecting my new sink to new garbage disposal and new piping to my drain behind kitchen cabinet - i also needed to run around 10 foot new pex pipe for my hot and cold plus the connections valves.
I gave me an estimate for 7800 yes, seven thousands eight hundreds.
The garbage disposal was provided new by myself a d The material needed to this job is around 300-400
Lets say even 1000 . You figure how much they wanted to charge me for a 2-3 hours job max for labor. This was insane.

The technician, George, arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done clearly and concisely. He gave me a firm estimate along with the options that were available to me to solve the problem. He was very good about cleaning up and leaving the area in my home as he found it. He was a pleasure to work with.

I was not familiar and knowledgeable about the plumbing issue I encountered, but Vince took the time to explain thoroughly what the problem was and provided several options. He’s a very experienced and friendly plumber. Rooter should be proud to have him on their staff.

Rick came on time and took care of the inside drain clog for a very reasonable price. He checked everything thoroughly and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He is also very personable.

Mike Diaz showed up on time. Took care of my stopped up drain quickly. He was professional and very nice. I would highly recommend this company and I would ask for Mike again if he is available.

Sammy Bustos was great to work with. Grateful that he fixed my issue, but was more impressed with his communication on his approach and what may or may not need to occur. Sammy was great to work with.

George D. did a great job explaining and showing me the problems. He explained the pros and cons to each of my questions and explained what would happen if something were to fail. His manager John came out was was just as great. George and his crew did an amazing job and worth every dollar. I am beyond satisfied with George and the work.

Thought it was too late in the day but Rooter Man made it happen no problem just after 7:00 for a backed kitchen drain that wouldn't respond to any drain cleaner. Joe was over and had it snaked clean in no time. Joe was a pleasure to have over and would definitely call them again.

George did a GREAT job. Was prompt for the initial inspection and evaluation of the problem. Was not pleased with the cost, of course but the professionalism, warranties and speed of service worked for me. Plus you got to have a working toilet.

I truly wish I can give him 100 stars. This guy is phenomenal from start to finish his customer service was amazing. He explained everything to us and helped us in so many ways to understand the whole process. Truly recommend this man. Fast responses and fast service all our plumbing has been replaced in our home and we are extremely blessed. Thank you Kevin. 1,000+ stars for this amazing service we received.

When you look at their advertisement online. It says that they'll come out to declog your drain for $49. When the girl calls back to confirm, she says it's going to be a $150. Then the guy gets here without doing any REAL assessment and tells my husband that it's going to be $750. Needless to say, we showed him the door. We'll my husband bought a snake and within minutes the toilet and shower were flowing. I thought this company was honest 🤔. So disappointing 😞.

They were very pleasant initially, quote started at around$400, then went to $1100, then to $13k! My sister had to be taken to ER immediately, and had plumber constantly knocking at my door as I only asked to wait until next day! Very uncaring attitude! I understand they have to be paid for work done but $ amount changed by the minute and went up after $1100 quote for work they did and were paid for! They Couldn’t care less my sister was going to emergency room! Shame on them!

The $49 drain clog service is just a ploy to get them into your property, then the sales pitch starts. I had a simple clog, and even have a clean out right below the drain. Before the tech even started, he suggested I might need a hydro jet to clean my drain. He used the smallest snake, which didn’t reach the clog. He immediately said “nope, you need a hydro jet to clean your drain” that’s an $1,175 service!!! I only called these guys because my usual plumber only does emergency service calls on weekends, and this wasn’t an emergency. I clearly passed on that and he was on his way, still trying to sell a service I didn’t need (even discounted it to $1,000). I called my usual plumber Monday morning and he had it snaked in 20min….my kids got a wipe down the drain somehow 🤷🏻‍♂️. I suggest trusting company that doesn’t try to ploy you with a $49 special, then try to sell you on a service before they even try to fix the original issue. That just take advantage of people who don’t know any better.

Arman replaced my main line 5 years ago. My clean out drain lid popped off and water overflowed. I called and he was out here in 2 hrs and didn’t charge to snake the drain. Great service. I recommend Rooter Man and Arman is great
