Needed some parts replaced on my water heater, called and they were able to get out as quickly as possible. Tech was done with repair within 30 min. price was very reasonable.

Technician Raul was punctual, friendly and efficient. He listened to our account of the plumbing issue and was able to find and solve the problem in a timely manner, while explaining the process as he worked!!

The Shafer plumbing guys were friendly, diligent, really seemed to know their job and didn't leave any mess. They arrived when expected and quickly got us converted from a tank water heater to a tankless and back to enjoying hot water again.

Technician, Raul, from Shafer Plumbing is very knowledgeable and honest. He did a fantastic job. He installed a Gas Valve controller for my Rheem water heater. Rheem sent me the a new controller and instructions sheet. Initially, I thought I can do it myself. But I wanted to go with a professional. Raul came in looked at my Gas connection and told that the current connection was not installed as per California Code. He explained why code is enforced. He installed T type connection to prevent the damage further caused by some substance that might come as part of the gas.
Overall I am totally impressed with the work that was done. Planning on taking Shafer's help for my future home improvement projects.

Their estimate was nearly $200 cheaper than our first estimate from a different plumbing company. Raul, our plumber, was quite friendly and professional. He gave a courtesy call before showing up, came on time, walked us through each step of the repair, and cleaned up after himself. He even willingly took a look at some other light plumbing repairs. After he left, he texted us a summary of his repairs, and a personal reference for the drywall.
