Our heater stopped working and Anacapa was able to get a technician out to us the next day. He very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable price. Very happy with our service and highly recommend them.

Anacapa were so helpful with some items I had to put right for the new buyers of my house. Jimmy and Jennifer scheduled me in at short notice. Roger arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly but professionally and was very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend. !!

These folks are the best. They didn’t try to ding your pocket. They were honest, clean, punctual, and also careful not to bash their competitors. It’s nice that they didn’t charge for the visit, only the labor and the cost. They certainly could have just recommended a complete heater replacement, but instead they diagnosed a small inoperable part and replaced it. Will certainly use them again and I highly recommend you give them a chance!

I reached out to this place to remove an air conditioning unit from my house and after a miscommunication, the unit was not removed.

Without any resistance, I explained the miscommunication, and they came out and handled exactly what I was hoping for free to make me whole. I tend to say that we are not judge in adversity. They made the process easy and smooth with zero friction even with a hickup that could have been a headache. Definitely buying from them and highly recommended when the time comes.

Two probs so far. First, the technician came out to fix our heater within two days of my calling, but I've been waiting 5 days to hear if he can find the parts to repair it. I called your office to find out, but you didn't have an answer. So I'm waiting on that. Second, you sent me an invoice to pay you, but I already paid the technician when he was here. I'm hoping Anacapa can focus on finishing this job, find the parts to repair it, and make everything good. Then I can give you some stars.

I had contacted Carrier Corp. looking for an authorized service co. They recommended Anacapa. I’m very pleased with their whole operation.
