Kaiser is a well-established and reputable firm in Ventura County. They have installed two HVAC systems for me, and both times, the salespeople were personable, well-trained, and responsive to my questions. The installations were well-organized, efficient, and the workmanship was excellent. The technicians were respectful and polite throughout the process.

Recently, when an AC stopped working on one of the units, I contacted Kaiser for a repair. The technician used a logical, step-by-step approach to quickly diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a wire damaged by rats and the unit was quickly repaired.

There was a dispute about the work. Zacha, the Service Manager, listened well, and completely resolved the issue.

Roberto arrived close to the appt. time, was professional, personable and explained things clearly and patiently making sure I was comfortable operating the thermostat before he left.
I would be happy to have him come again should I need HVAC help in the future.

Kaiser has been an excellent HVAC contractor for a very reasonable price. After installation of the unit we have used Kaiser to perform semi annual evaluation, cleaning and adjustments. They are efficient, well mannered and honest and we definitely recommend Kaiser.

We first us Kaiser Air for our air conditioning this pass summer. So please with the technician that came out then and the one today today to perform routine maintenance on are heater. He spent his time cleaning it ensuring us of anything needed. Today maintenance was free as we payed and joined last summer which was very reasonable. Again today technician was kind, thorough and helpful.

I was happy with their service. When I turned on the forced air unit furnace for the first time this season, the fan wouldn't come on. I called Kaiser in the morning. They were able to get out the same day to fix the furnace. I took the service plan so the Technician also serviced the unit. Price seemed fair. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Very pleased with Kaiser Air Conditioning and their installation of a new furnace for our home. Everyone I dealt with was top notch. The new furnace replaced a 25 year old unit installed when the house was built. The oversized 4 ton unit was replaced by a 3 ton unit at their recommendation. They held to the estimate I was given despite having to make modifications to get it installed and took necessary steps that would give us a much quieter furnace. The workers took care to put down drop cloths where needed and cleaned up at the end of each of two days. Everyone seemed committed to giving us a good installation. Very glad we contacted Kaiser and could not have had a better experience.
