Needed a large vent flashing That I couldn’t find anywhere else. Staff was very helpful. The sheet-metal department ended up fabricating one for me. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Kaiser air-conditioning.

Heater ran for 8 hrs when we weren,t home. Afraid of fire. Checked circuit board,operation, did maintainance, installed new thermostat. Seems fine now. Mario and Jack were great.

Noel from Kaiser is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is also very thorough. He explains what he does and why. I think he only makes repairs that are necessary at the time. I am very confident that my heating system gets the best possible care.

He took time to take care of the repairing, no rush and kept my place clean. Good to know that he has a college degree in our local college & has many years of experience in air cond repairing. I am very please that I found Kaiser. They have great employees.

We had Kaiser do a replacement of our existing furnace and a new installation of an AC system. They also replaced all of our 35 year old ducting and substantially improved it. Now our house is evenly heated and we can hardly tell the furnace is running. Everyone who worked on our system installation from Kaiser was competent, courteous, and professional. The finished system is beyond what expected.

Bottom line...Kaiser is an excellent heating and AC company!

Noel and Austin were the maintenance/repair techs who visited today. We had a lot of deferred maintenance on our split systems as well as our warm floor and solar water heating system. They are super professional, courteous and know their stuff. When Noel encountered a problem in our solar water system and a gas leak as well, he diagnosed it quickly and began consultations with the owner because it is such a complex system. At every step he let me know what he was doing and what had to wait for further consultation with the manufacturer and his supervisors. Having checked around in Ventura County over the years, my wife and I feel pretty confident in saying Kaiser AC is the best.

They installed all new HVAC system and duct work on time and under budget. Office is a pleasure to work with. Field techs were friendly and efficient.
