We can't thank West Coast Air Conditioning enough for their genuine kindness, truthfulness, good service and the simple explanation of the steps to replace our aging AC, Furnace and duct work ! Letti was amazing to work with and what a great install team Art and Sal, they were so respectful and did an excellent job installing, cleaning up and going over the new system they just replaced in our home!

They should be the 1st Company you call if you are in the market for an AC and Heating unit or just need service!

The initial tech was running late to the appointment made for today… I was worried no one would show up but when I called to check on things, they sent someone over ASAP to make good on our scheduled visit!
Had the pleasure of meeting Joby to check on our heat system before the cold sets in. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with this company in the future! Thank you!

This is the second time I have had West Coast Air Conditioning come out. The first was to install a furnace this time was just to check up. Joby Riddle was the tech and he was great. He was not only knowledgeable, professional and helpful as I have come to expect of the staff, but also just a friendly guy , just like the last techs were. I cant recommend this company enough.

On time! Respectful! Knowledgeable! Easy to work with! We had a wonderful experience with West Coast Air Conditioning replacing our old furnaces and AC units at our home. Gary, Alex, Logan, Ricky, Jake and Aaron were kind and efficient. They were also very respectful of our home putting down drop cloths to protect our floors, cleaning up any debris, and being mindful of moving equipment in the house. I called West Coast Air Conditioning to get a second opinion on the performance of my AC system. Joby came over and gave the system a thorough inspection (of the various techs from other companies who came through over the years, he was the only one to figure out why there was no air blowing in one of my bathrooms - the duct was still sealed close). I appreciated him being upfront about the system performance, giving tips on how to keep it working properly, not trying to sell additional services, and being willing to answer all my questions.

I will definitely call West Coast Air again!

Had a good experience with them. Called in the morning because my AC was blowing warm air, they sent out a tech around 2pm. Joby was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. They were upfront about the diagnostic charge when i called and he got right to fixing the problem. Quick and easy fix of replacing the capacitor.

Joby Riddle was the best service technician. He came on time, was extremely professional and installed my new nest system and change my filters in record time. I would highly recommend him and West Coast Air Conditioning.

My heater was setting off my fire alarm and Joby was sent to check it out. Joby did a great job. He was earlier than the expected time. He was thorough in his examination and work and explained why he was doing certain things. Very happy with his work.

Amazing Crew!

I got four bids for a complete 3-ton heating/AC system replacement (had old gas forced air furnace) for our home in Ventura. Ben from West Coast came and looked at the site on Tuesday,11/21; I received West Coast’s very competitive bid on Wednesday, 11/22 (the day before Thanksgiving); Jake came out Monday, 11/27, to measure; the Crew came out Tuesday, 11/28, for day 1 of install; and all work completed and system tested, Wednesday, 11/29 (day 2 of install). The Crew worked seamlessly and expertly in the attic, crawl space, outside for the compressor and inside for the air handler, with full attention to details. All new ducts and cold air return were installed. The day 2 Crew of Adam, Aaron, Frank and Sal finished up, tested the system thoroughly and cleaned up all materials. If you are considering a heating system upgrade or replacement, I’d say West Coast should be at the top of your list! Thanks to the entire staff.

Letti, Erwin, Ricky, Clark, Alex, Tristan all did great work with the replacement of our furnace, complete duct work, and adding A/C to our home. Letti led the way with the break down of everything, was very informative, and answered all questions. Erwin was easy to talk to and work with. He explained everything to us as it happened. I would highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning. Thank you to everyone involved!

I’ve been working with West Coast AC for a couple of years now. They installed our dual HVAC system in 2023. Today their tech Joby visited for our annual tune-up. Joby was an absolute delight, very thorough & was an overall pleasure to have in our home. Quite honestly, everyone at West Coast is just great. Highly recommend this HVAC company - for commercial and residential (request Mr Joby Riddle!)

I had to replace my HVAC system and quoted 3 local highly reputable companies on the job. Not only did west coast win in price, they also offered a better brand of system (carrier) and completed the install quickly and it works like a charm. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a professional, prompt, communicative, and reasonably priced HVAC team - look no further! We cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. They have your back, and unlike their some of their competitors, are truthful and do not try to nickel and dime you. They are fast - you call, and the appointment is quickly scheduled, no crazy wait times or excuses to delay the process. We needed to add split units to a small rental cabin on our property and are so pleased with the results. The units are quiet and efficient, plus the install went seamlessly. Erwin and Alex were extremely knowledgeable and meticulous, which we appreciate as attention to detail matters to us. They took great care around the freshly painted areas of the cabin. It's important to note that they did excellent work but also stayed well within the estimated time of completion. They were in and out in one day, and Brian even stopped by to check on the progress - amazing customer service! It seems like these guys genuinely enjoy working for West Coast and it shows in their quality of work. Having a work/life balance is so important these days and it seems like this team is always treated with respect for their hard work. That speaks volumes to us when we have lots of options for HVAC companies in this area. We are happy to support a company that supports their employees! We will recommend West Coast Air Conditioning to everyone we know. Thank you guys so much.

I didn't know service like this existed anymore.

For my entire life I have heard stories of such service but this was my first actual experience with it. Joby arrived a few minutes early, was super professional, friendly and easy to work with. He came in, diagnosed what turned out to be an incredibly quick and easy fix and he just... FIXED IT! Whaaaaa? No up-selling, no pressure, it was all was included in the service fee and we were finished in less than an hour. What a pleasure! I can't believe it took this many decades for me to have that experience!

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and kind: Now that's a recipe for success and for creating lifetime customers! You can count me among them!

Our HVAC replacement started with a technical evaluation and quote process with Letti. After multiple discussions and feedback we decided to replace our old system with a furnace and heat pump condenser. This critical part of the process was handled efficiently and knowledgably. The install crew of Ely, Erwin and Logan led by Alex completed the installation, test and clean up in one day and did an excellent job. We are also having them pull the permits and complete the required HERS testing making the job go quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.

We had West Coast install a new HVAC system 6 years ago and they did a great job. Recently we had them perform a routine maintenance inspection to ensure all was working well. Joey was out service technician. He was friendly, courteous and had a great attitude. He performed the work competently and efficiently. He also provided helpful suggestions for things we could do to keep the system working at maximum efficiency. We ordered a new thermostat using his recommendations and he will be returning to install it.

I wanted to take a moment to praise the west coast crew (Jake, Gary, Eli, Clark, Erwin, Doreen, Letti) for excellent service throughout the installation and testing of our new HVAC units. Their kind and professional manner made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. They were patient in answering all of our questions and were thorough in their work. We truly appreciate their effort and the high level of service they provided.

Joby arrived right on time this morning to fix my heater that had a broken blower motor for the past week. Brrr! In less than an hour, he installed the new motor and my house is currently heating back up! Joby was personable, professional and efficient. I dealt with Doreen and Jim in the office who were also really great to interact with--both were kind, professional and on top of handling ordering the correct part(s) to fix the heater. I highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning for your heating and cooling needs.

I had an amazing experience with Elias and Frank for a new heater installation. From beginning to end, their professionalism and efficiency were top-tier. They arrived on time each day, were incredibly polite and kept their work space clean. What i appreciated most was that they didn’t just install the new unit and leave; they took the time to explain how to use the new heater and ensured i had the instructions for future reference. I highly recommend asking for Elias and Frank if you’re looking for quality service.

West Coast AC installed two new heating and AC systems in my home in January 2026. Letti was the sales rep and Alex was the lead installer. Also on site were Frank, Eli, Gary, Aaron and Clark. The project took two days and everyone was extremely professional. The day after the installation, I did notice an issue with one of our thermostats and called the office. That same day, Frank came out, immediately recognized the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I was very happy with their service and would hire them again.

Had a great experience working with West Coast Air Conditioning to install an all new HVAC system in my home. Did a lot research and read a ton of reviews before signing on with them. From my first call I was able to schedule a next business day sales call. Letti arrived while my electrician was there working on installing a new electrical panel to accommodate the new A/C unit. She was very informative and able to address all questions and concerns that we had. We weren’t sure on the exact location of the unit so she scheduled her coworker Jake to meet with my electrician first thing the next morning so we were all on the same page. I got a couple of quotes, and while West Coast wasn’t the lowest, I felt the most confident going with them. Day of install went as smoothly as one could possibly hope for. Alex, Gary & Eli arrived on time and worked about 8 hours to complete the job. Their installation was extremely well done (see photos), and they were very careful working inside the residence and took great care not to make a mess or cause any damage. These guys clearly know their stuff, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others, as well as to use them to service the units in the years to come. Communication was excellent and Alex explained everything that they were doing throughout the day. Also, Letti was available to answer all of my questions throughout the entire process and was super easy to work with. Thanks Letti, Jake, Alex, Gary and Eli for a job well done, I couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC system.
