Noel is awesome! He is incredibly thorough and detail oriented. He explains the problem and helps find the right solution to fit your needs. I asked for a phone call prior to his arrival and he didn't disappoint. As a loyal maintenance customer of 15 years, I only wish my repairs were handled in a more timely manner from Kaiser Air.

Mario Marron came by today to repair my heating unit. He was prompt, on time and very professional. He explained the problem, the repair, did the work and we are now happy senior citizens with heat again!! Mario is knowledgeable found the problem right away, fixed it and cleaned up afterward. A very pleasant and skilled young man who I would recommend him without hesitation. I would also like to give a thumbs up to Jennifer and Mary from Kaiser who I called for service. They were both extremely polite, addressed my concerns, scheduled service and made my morning. Great customer service.

I have had Kaiser service for many years and they are the best. Here on time, very courteous service men and keep everything up to date.

We have had our Lennox system for 10 years. Kaiser has been our service company for most of this time, and we could not be happier with them.

I called Kaiser yesterday for help with a heater and they could send a technician today! I was so relieved and grateful. The technician figured out the problem and fixed it all today! They are so great! Thank you so much!

I gave Kaiser Air Conditioning 5 stars because they’re service. Jennifer was very professional, helpful and responsive when checking our warranty and scheduling a service technician to come out and look at our system.
Marlon was our service technician and he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. My husband like to understand what the problem is, what our options are and how it’s being fixed. Marlon was very polite, courteous and explained what he was doing so my husband felt comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable and we would defiantly use them again.

Roberto took the time to find the issue with our air conditioner. Mario was kind enough to find an appointment for us without delay. Very friendly and professional!! Thanks for your prompt attention.

Since 1996, I’ve chosen them for another installation at my now current home, having been super happy with the first one. They kindly remind me when it’s time for maintenance-which I elected to pay for-and provide excellent service without extra costs if unnecessary. I appreciate their honest and professional service.

Andrew (tech) was nice and knew what he was doing (finding an issue that could have caused future problems) and was able to correct the issue, having the necessary part with him. Impressive!

Miguel was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Whenever I asked a question, he patiently explained things to me and let me know what he was doing. I would want him back again for the next time.

After spending over $3000 in January, our every 6 month filter service abruptly stopped with no reason given and our HVAC system doesn't work properly. We are hoping this is rectified tomorrow when Zack looks at it.
