Thank God for Rich and West Coast Air Conditioning. A+!! At the hottest time of the summer our air went out. It is always so hard to find an honest person. We saw the West Coast Air Van and checked the reviews. We apprehensively gave it a shot. Rich was our guy. He came on time. Got to work immediately. Fixed the problem and didn't try to over sell us. As a professional Realtor he is our go to HVAC guy from now on. We 100% recommend him and trust him.

I truly feel like West Coast Air has changed our lives! Our home has never felt heated/temperature controled like the way it does now. The difference is WILD. We had a hunch there were issues with our ducts, and when their team came out to inspect, they took the time to walk us through everything. They gave us a thorough and honest explanation of how our furnace was operating and even recommended that we keep using it until it runs its course—something we really appreciated for its transparency.

When Joby checked out our attic, he shared a ton of detailed photos that clearly showed how our ductwork was in bad shape—disconnected in multiple places and really just falling apart. We decided to have all of the ductwork removed and replaced, and I’m so glad we did.

Erwin and Sal handled the demo and install with such speed and care. They were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They even helped us find the perfect spot for an additional vent we’d been wanting.

And I can’t say enough about Letti—she was amazing. She answered every question I had with such patience and kindness, and honestly helped support me emotionally through the entire decision-making process. Thanks to her, I felt confident we were doing the right thing for our home and our family.

Had our Mitsubishi mini-split multi-zone installation done by West Coast (led by Alex with Jake, Erwin and Diego I think it was also on site) and they did an outstanding job. Was impressed by their willingness/ability to adjust installation plan to align with my hoped for line routing and head unit placement.

Joby was great! He arrived on time and was very professional. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain the AC system and to give me some pointers on how to better maintain it.

We had an issue with our AC unit installed in 2021. Our technician, Joby, was able to diagnose the issue in less than five minutes and was able to order the part and return within a few days to install it. He could not have been more friendly, professional and competent. It was also wonderful to find out that the part was under warranty so we only had to pay for the labor installation. Great service. A+

WCAC was very responsive and quick to come out to inspect our furnace. Joby was our technician and was friendly and informative while working on our heater.

We needed our furnace replaced and wanted to add air conditioning. I'm a pretty technical guy but not when it comes to heating and air. The first call I made was to West Coast Air and they set me up an appointment with Letti. All I can say about Miss Letti is WOW. Incredibly knowledgeable, nice, thorough and most of all not rushed. She answered every question I had and told me to get my other estimates. Well after a "no show", an outrageous quote, a no call back and a good quote but too far, I called Letti back. We went over a few items and before I knew it Nate was here for a walk through. After his walk through, he confirmed that the installation would be Monday morning. Lo and behold, Monday morning Alex and Aaron show up on time to do the installation. From the second they walked in to the minute they left, they treated my home as if it was their mom's. These two are thorough, clean, friendly and super easy to chat with. They replaced the entire system from furnace, ducts, registers, thermostat etc. and added air conditioning. Upon completion Alex explained everything in detail and let me know that if I had ANY issues to call. It feels like they were never here with the exception of the cool breeze from the A/C blowing on me right now. If you are in need of any Heating or Air Conditioning work done, don't bother calling the other guys, call West Coast Air Conditioning and hopefully you get a chance to meet Letti, Nate, Alex and Aaron!

West Coast Air is a great company to use. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the efficiency of the office staff and especially the technician, Joby Riddle, who was so friendly and patient in dealing with our problem. He immediately diagnosed the problem, took a short time to remedy the issue, and checked all his work to make sure all was in order! We always feel confident in this company! :-)

Had them install a Mitsubishi Mini-Split for three rooms. They responded quickly and did a good job installing the system. Adam, Aaron and Erwin did the install and were polite and knowledgeable.

Poor communication, common sense, and accountability. Doreen in the office seems nice, but she can’t do it all. Consider Conejo Heating and Air or Air System Solutions if you’re looking for an estimate.

After our AC stopped putting out cold air, I was recommended West Coast Air Conditioning. I called them, was able to have someone out the same week first thing in the morning. The wonderful Mr. Joby Riddle came out right on time, and managed to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes, and now our quality of life is back and we're keeping cool!

It’s Summer. It’s End of June. We had multiple HVAC companies out and received 6 different quotes. We needed AC STAT.

Letti came out, provided a detailed quote. Followed up with her to request a quote for a different condenser, she was quick to reply. We had her direct number to contact (unlike other companies )
Meanwhile we debated between this company and another, the lead times would be the same so we initially decided on the company closer to home. Contacted West Coast on a Friday to advise we wouldn’t be contracting with them, Letti checked with her supplier and techs and was able to do the job the following Monday, mind you this was in the dead of heat Thousand Oaks July summer. Not many companies can have that kind of turn around.
The techs, FRANK & SAL showed up on that Monday and on time. They installed a new condenser and coil with an ecobee wifi thermostat. The techs, FRANK AND SAL had to change the location of the thermostat and they did it at no extra cost to us.
We are so thankful to Letti and her team for the outstanding service, professionalism and quick response to bring cool comfort to our home. Best team!

This company, from top to bottom, is the most professional group of people I think I've ever dealt with. Blown out motor which was under warranty and yet the OTHER company who sold the unit to me told me they no longer serviced my area and good luck! Called West Coast Air and got service and kindness and responsibility I didn't think existed anymore. The part had to be ordered, they expedited it, dealt with the warranty and with special thanks to Joby I am up and running. Absolutely the best.

We have a little rental in Ojai and just wanted to report on a great experience we had with West Coast Air Conditioning. One of their technicians, Joby Riddle, arrived right on time with such a wonderful, warm greeting. He was very quick and efficient and had such a lovely attitude. He went over all of the work he did re: the maintenance of our HVAC system prior to my making payment. He was just a joy to have on the property. I hope that every six months we have the opportunity to have Joby come out to maintain our HVAC systems now that we have just completed a second home on the property. Joby is TIP TOP!

Our air conditioner just stopped working one day during the recent heat wave. Joby came out to see what had happened, as we just installed the system one year ago. It turned out to be nothing more than a completely clogged filter on the intake vent. Joby changed the filter for me, always with a smile and a polite manner. He has been to the house before and I find him extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Was able to to make an appointment very quickly and Joby Riddle was our service technician and we couldn’t have been happier with his help! We had been without AC for the hottest weekend the whole summer and he instantly knew what was wrong and fixed it all very quickly. We will definitely recommend west coast air.

West Coast AC did a great job every step of the way. Answered the phone, communicated clearly what a when they would arrive, arrived on time within a small window. Joby is amazing. He found water under our furnace and was quickly able to determine it was due to a clogged pipe and not having a leak detection shut off switch. He was able to promptly install the switch, service our AC unit and furnace, and walk us through what he was doing and why. Cannot recommend highly enough!

West Coast AC continues to deliver! Our unit needed service on one of the hottest days of the year and they coordinated a tech visit first thing in the morning and got the issue resolved with a quick service. Big thank you to Joby Riddle!
