Heat wave and our old AC was just not keeping up. Called and they had Joby out in under 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made sure that all the rooms were getting great airflow and temperatures. Fantastic job by Joby. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

We ended up needing to replace our entire AC system a few months later and called West Coast again. Frank, Erwin and Elias did great work and kept me informed and at ease throughout. Highly recommend West Coast Air. We needed a replacement furnace and duct work done quickly, properly and within our budget and their team really delivered. Letti on the sales team gave us thoughtful guidance in choosing the best solution for our situation and got us scheduled right away. The install process was the best it could have been - Frank and Sal were super respectful, detail oriented, left our home all cleaned up (put down cloths on the floors and swept/vacuumed any debris after each day) and finished the job in two days that went by quick. We really appreciate the team getting this project done so well just in time for the holiday season. Highly recommend them!

Koby was the technician who came to check out our malfunctioning furnace, and he was outstanding. He was very nice, polite, and informative. He encouraged me to watch as he explained what he was doing and he was able to solve the problem with just a new capacitor which was quite a relief when we were worried that we’d have to replace the motor or even the entire furnace. From my first call to West Coast Air to the work that Joby did, my experience was absolutely first rate.

Our AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air. Joby showed up within the time frame and was very friendly. He even handled our very excitable lab Bailey with ease. He diagnosed the issue explaining to me each step and fixed the problem quickly. Then he double checked each of the vents inside to ensure everything was working properly. He even hosed off the unit before he left which was very nice!
