They replaced our entire HVAC system and it was done on time in a professional manner. The new system they designed works great and when the crew left our place was cleaner than it was before they came. They crew led by Austin (no relation) did a great job and always kept us informed regarding how the project was going.

Employees waste time and money on your dime. They will leave your parking lot or driveway scattered with HVAC nails and half smoked cigarettes.

Had Brandon out to service my AC and furnace. Brandon was wonderful. He was thorough and explained everything that was being done and why. He was very considerate and friendly too. Wonderful experience overall!!

The technician Micheal who came out and performed the furnace inspection was very professional, thorough and friendly and would not hesitate at this point to recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Aire and their employees. Brandon came out to check out our AC condenser. We thought it was about 15-20 years old. No, it was 28 years old!! Brandon took sufficient time to check out our condenser and found that it was leaking air as well as oil. He took pictures to show us as well. He was not only very friendly and respectful, he was efficient and a hard worker. Our furnace was the same age, so my husband and I decided it was time to change them out. We were lucky to get that many years out of them!
Long story short, they were able to come out the following 2 days to install our HVAC system! They arrived punctually at 7am. Cody, David, Cesar, Tyler, and Gustavo were an amazing team of young men that worked efficiently and timely. They said they would probably take 3 days to finish the job, but they were done in 2! They were SO polite and friendly. Their supervisor, Chris, came out the second day, and I could only rave about his workers. They were careful about putting on booties over their shoes, and, due to duct work, they laid out paper, so as not to track dirt everywhere. Cody kept me apprised of all the work, as well as explaining how our new thermostat worked. My recommendation is that all these young men get raises, or if that’s not possible, treat them to a great meal at a bar and grill! (Including alcohol!). Penny & Don Robison

Today, 7/8/25, Nit, a technician with Pacific
Aire came to service my Air Conditioning unit. I am so impressed with his remarkable professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and kindness. You are so fortunate to have such a competent individual performing customer service. He explained to me how important it was for me to replace my surge protector by my unit inside the house and also install one outside by the outdoor unit. Power outages can damage the unit and are really a very
necessary and modest investment to protect
it from power surges which can destroy it. The indoor surge protector had gone out since the last inspection. I am so deeply thankful that he made these recommendations and that he promptly installed both surge protectors. Many thanks!! Job well done!!!!

Pacific Aire -came out to service my equipment and responded with photos of mold - the photos were not of my house and showed a window which is no where my air conditioner is located - they tried to sell me a monthly service so I told them no. They then reported the mold issue with a company that has been hounding me everyday. They are not a trueful company beware! Also they did not even evaluate my conditioner only my furnace. DO NOT USE THEM

Michael did an awesome job. I needed an a new capacitor abe added an air scrubber and he took care of that super quick.

After receiving bids from seven different HVAC companies, I was close to giving up on finding the right heat pump system. Many companies either didn't offer a heat pump or only pushed the brands they were familiar with. Then I met with Armando from Pacific Aire, who, without any prompting, recommended the Daikin Fit--a unit I had been researching extensively for its energy efficiency. I was thrilled to finally find a company that understood my needs.

The installation process was seamless. The biggest delay was waiting for HOA approval, but once that was sorted, Omar and his team got to work quickly. They were punctual, accurate with their project timelines, and extremely professional. Omar's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience stress-free. His teammates, Ryan W. and Robert F., were equally professional, kind, and courteous. During the insulation work, Vincent and Johnnie were efficient and patient, answering all my questions.

A particularly impressive aspect of the service was Omar's keen attention to safety. During the initial inspection, he identified a loose gas line shut off inside our home--a significant risk, especially on the first floor. Even though addressing this issue was outside the scope of their work, Omar made sure to cap the line and eliminate the hazard, potentially preventing a serious safety issue for my family.

Additionally, Tyler D. demonstrated integrity by identifying existing condensate plumbing in our attic. He informed us that since we already had this setup, the cost for new condensate plumbing would be removed from the estimate. This honesty and attention to detail saved us money and added to our overall positive experience.

A special mention goes to David P. for his meticulous electrical work. Our electrical panel is limited to 100A service and already supports a heat pump dryer, heat pump water heater, and EV charger, making it nearly fully utilized. The addition of CT sensors on every breaker further complicated the setup, making the panel quite messy and difficult to work in. Despite this, David went above and beyond by cleaning up the panel and installing a CT sensor on the new 25A breaker for the Daikin Fit heat pump, even though this was not part of the original scope.

The Daikin Fit itself is an outstanding product. The outdoor unit is whisper-quiet, I have to stand real close and even then I can't hear it. I just see the fan spinning. And the energy efficiency is impressive. It's using less power than my old window unit, which only cooled a single room, while now my whole house is comfortable.

If you're looking to upgrade from an old, expensive-to-run AC unit, I highly recommend contacting Pacific Aire and asking about this incredible ducted heat pump. The product and the team's installation expertise are truly remarkable.

We've had Pacific Aire out to our home twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time was for a tank-to-tankless water heater conversion, which helped us save valuable space in our laundry room. Most recently, they installed air conditioning in our home.
Both crews were professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough in explaining the scope of work, so we always knew exactly what to expect. They communicated everything clearly, even letting us know when they'd be taking lunch and went above and beyond by offering us donuts they had brought!
