great i like knowing who is coming and letting to my home. The tech comes in does what he needs to do to maintain the unit functioning, I recommend getting into their plan it is cost effective. The tech for today was great, i like their service.

Micheal was very thorough and explained everything. Its been awhile for cleaning the system and he checked it all. Very patient. My parents have been with pacific aire since 2008. Now im continuing. Thank u Michael.

Wanted to post exlnt review for daniel ortiz, tech came to my home to replace 2 parts in my water heater! Did exlnt job and had to go to 2 stores find correct part for water heater and came back to my home and replaced it.

Michael is a very good tech. He helped diagnosed the problem with our furnaces. Currently parts are being ordered for our 12 year old model. He went the extra step to get down my portable heaters off the garage shelf so I can keep the house warm should I need them. Thank you. Carol

Tech was friendly, helpful, communicative, professional, knowledgeable. The only reason is 4 stars is they couldn't get someone out for my service for a week, and I really needed the assistance sooner. But as far as quality of service today was definitely 5 star.

I almost cancelled my maintenance appt because I was forced to have a "conversation" with AI "Dane" who was pretending to be a human (to the point of background keyboard tapping to indicate he was typing! He doesn't have hands! 🤦🏼‍♀️) I'm so glad I didn't. (And PacAire should be too-they almost lost a HUGE sale because of it.) I have nothing but a glowing review for every single person who came to my house. From Hayden who came out for our initial inspection/maintenance appointment. He was the one who indicated we really needed a whole new system. I really didn't want to be sold a bunch of stuff we didn't need, and I was already on guard because of my initial interaction with the company. But it was obvious we were way overdue for an updated system: we had extremely inconsistent readings from each register in the house, our ducting was a mess, and our attic insulation was virtually non-existent (and what was there was in pretty bad shape). Hayden explained everything and showed us all 80 or so photos he took of EVERYTHING, so there was no question.
Bob came out to determine what exactly we needed, designed the new system, showed us our options, gave us some discounts, and even assumed my husband was about 20 years younger than he is! (We got the senior discount tho.) We scheduled our install pretty quickly, which earned us another discount, and we had 2 crews working simultaneously on different aspects of the job.
I'm not exaggerating when I say every single one of the guys was nice, respectful, easy to talk to, professional- I could go on. They protected my flooring, cleaned up after themselves every single day, talked to me regularly about what was happening, where they were in the job, what was next. They finished the install of the system, relocated our thermostat, completely new duct work, and full attic insulation in 3 days. The only thing left is for their in-house handyman to come patch up a few things. It's quite nice that they have no subcontractors- everyone is an employee of Pacific Aire. So they all adhere to the same standards, which are high.
I'm not sure if this is everyone (I think there were more people here), but we had: David the electrician, Robert F., Vincent G, Adrian, Johnny, Agustin, Angel, Omar, and Jose H. at our house and they're all welcome back anytime!
I would 100% recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Pablo came out to give an estimate. He even noticed the system I have in place is larger than I need and suggested a slightly smaller one that not only save money but energy too. He was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the experience.

We recently had our old/original attic insulation removed, the attic sealed, sanitized and new insulation blown in to meet present day codes.

During their inspection, they found that our furnace had a leak — something that could have exposed us to harmful CO2 if it had gone unnoticed. Their technician was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We’re extremely thankful for their honesty and expertise. Absolutely bar none my best plumber experience ever.

Typically these companies know you're desperate and they take advantage of you. In this case they did just the opposite. They extended every discount they could then went above and beyond in great quality work.

Highly recommend that you use these guys and tip the guys that do the work you know? $10 $20 or $40 won't change your life but it sure shows the level of appreciation that they deserve.

Our technician, Ivan, was professional and efficient. He was able to asses our thermostat problem, ask the right questions to make an informed determination and installed replacement equipment during to our still being under warranty. Excellent service & great outcome.

Tyler is very competent. He was able to clearly communicate all aspects of work done and of possible red flags. I liked learning from him and hoped to having him service our HVAC in the future.

A great experience-the technician was polite and friendly. He was intelligent and knew just what to do. He checked out my furnace and my air conditioner then asked if I had any other concerns. I appreciate Pacific Aire for the dependable service they provide.

We had Pacific Aire come out to replace one of our bathroom fans this week, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My husband was home during the repair, and when I got back and turned the fan on, I honestly thought it wasn’t working—it was that quiet. I even called the technician to double-check that the power had been turned back on! He kindly explained that the fan takes about 15 seconds to kick on and is designed to be ultra-quiet. Sure enough, after listening closely, I realized it was running—I was just so used to the loud roar of our old fan that I couldn’t believe how whisper-quiet this new one was.

The difference is night and day. The installation was clean, professional, and the product exceeded expectations. We’re so impressed that we’ve already scheduled the remaining two bathroom fans to be replaced at the end of the month. Highly recommend Pacific Aire for anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and top-notch results!

Very personable workmen who arrived in time and worked hard. They were courteous and listened well to my concerns. This was probably the best experience I have had with construction and maintenance on my home. I would certainly hire them again!
