Senior Tech Ruben M came out to do a routine check-up on heating system and filter. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a caring attitude. Very nice guy who loves what he does. I definitely recommend Pacific Aire they made the whole experience easy. From the appointment, to the pre-call to the appointment, to the pricing.

Technician Daniel Ortiz from Pacific Aire provided excellent service while completing the rework on my hot water heater. Since I work in a technical field myself, I had several detailed questions for him. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He is a knowledgeable professional with a great attitude.

Tyler Conriy was an absolute delight. He was very professional and courteous from the time he arrived until the completion of the job. I told him my concerns and he addressed them and provided me with pictures of before and after the call for service.

Michael did a thorough diagnosis of my heater. I could see him carefully check the wires and inner workings. He was cordial, polite and easy to work with. He replaced my filter which I hadn't done in a couple seasons and was filled with cat hair.
Now the furnace is working great with no charge since he said he didn't need to do any repairs!

Tyler went above and beyond with my service request. He cleaned the intake vent to the furnace room meticulously. That is the first time anyone has done that! He was pleasant and didn't mind answering my silly questions. He was very nice and we chatted as he worked. 10 out of 10!

Review 1 – Tankless Water Heater Installation

We had a great experience with Pacific Aire, thanks to technicians Robert F. and Noah V. They replaced our old water heater with a new tankless system, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

They worked quickly and efficiently, communicated constantly with each other while moving and installing the heavy equipment, and were clearly focused on doing the job safely and correctly. It was reassuring to see how well they coordinated to avoid injury or damage to the unit. On top of that, they left the area cleaner than they found it, which I really appreciated.

Both Robert and Noah were courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pacific Aire based on this experience.

Review 2 – PRV Installation

Once again, Pacific Aire delivered excellent service, this time with Robert F. installing a new PRV on our main water line.

Robert worked efficiently, did clean and solid work, and left the area spotless when he was done. What really stood out, though, was that he went above and beyond to make sure we understood how all of our water shut-offs work — not just for the house, but also from the main street line. That kind of explanation and homeowner education makes a big difference.

It’s clear Robert cares about doing the job right and making sure customers feel informed and confident. We really appreciated having him as our technician and would gladly work with Pacific Aire again.

Review 3 – HVAC Heating System Repair

We had another excellent experience with Pacific Aire, once again thanks to Robert F. This time, he repaired our HVAC heating system after we had been without heat for about a month.

When I told Robert that getting the heater working was a priority for us, he took it seriously and made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. He even went out of his way to pick up the necessary parts from the warehouse so the repair could be completed the same day. That level of effort and follow-through meant a lot to us.

Robert was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to making sure the job was done right. We’re very grateful for his help and continue to be impressed with the quality of service from Pacific Aire.

Hayden C. did an amazing job helping us to diagnose the issues we had with our wall heater! He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a complete understanding of the issues at hand. Jason has done work on repairs and replacing 2 old units at my own home, plus work at my parents and grandparents. Both units were original and 30+ years old. Instead of trying to sell me a unit, he told me “let’s do what we can to keep it running till it dies”. He is genuinely nice, won’t do something just to sell you something, and is easy to contact. His prices are fair and comparable, but his service is outstanding. Everything you could hope for!
