Servpro of Oxnard came out to my apartment for a water leak last week. The technician who came out was so helpful. They were out in two hours from when I called them and they were able to begin the drying process within four hours. Everything was done in 4 days! Highly recommend.

The SERVPRO team was absolutely a pleasure to work with. After a couple of months of not being able to get our insurance to get someone out, we contacted SERVPRO about our leak in our roof. They were quick, efficient, did a great job of communicating the process we needed to follow. After they tarped our roof, the wind kicked up and they quickly were able to take down the tarp (although I am pretty sure Jason almost got blown off the roof from a huge gust). Although I hope I never need to call them again, I know I will be in good hands.

Superb service . The insurance company sent them and they showed up immediately . They explained thoroughly everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They were very professional and courteous. Everything was neat and clean when they left. I would highly recommend them.
