Nichole came out and she was able to perform a miracle! My daughter had a accident on our couch and I was stressing out because I didn’t think the smell would come out. Thanks to nichole it is gone! My living room carpet was in bad shape. I have three young kids and she was able to make it look clean and fresh again. She went the extra mile and explained to my kids how to take care of it as well! I highly recommend this company and Nichole to be your person for carpet cleaning and upholstery!

My house flooded in the middle of the night and I was totally freaking out. I called servpro and Emiliano Martinez a technician called me within minutes. He came out to my house and dried everything. I was able to go back to sleep without worrying because Mr. Martinez took care of it.

I recently had woken up to a pipe burst in my bathroom. I called Servpro at 9 am and they arrived to my house by 10 am. This is the first time that I have experienced something like this, and the technician Emiliano walked me through everything that was going to happen to clean up the water. Michael and his team showed up within 20 minutes of my phone call and they sped up the process by multiple days which ended up saving money but better than That they showed empathy and support throughout the entire process! Went through ServPro for our water damage repairs because they had an existing partnership with our insurance company. Originally we were concerned we may be sacrificing a bit of service for the convenience, but ServPro ended up being very easy to work with.

During a huge rainstorm, water leaked into my condo soaking rugs and damaging walls and a ceiling. I called ServoPro and they arrived within an hour, late at night, to begin mitigating the damage. They also handled all needed repairs. They were very responsive to the situation. The condo is a second home so I was not able to be there during the mitigation and repairs. ServePro handled everything and kept me informed. They also dealt with my insurance company. The ServePro people I dealt with were all knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. Bottomline--ServePro did an excellent job and made a difficult situation easy for me. I highly recommend them.

Cannot say enough good things about Jason Coffman. Called ServPro this morning needing someone to come out and look at the water damage that happened at my house because of the rains we have had. He found the problem and has a plan in motion on what needs to be done and how it will all be fixed and back to normal soon.. Jason was very professional and he is an asset to ServPro.

I had previously used / experienced servpro's work at two separate job sites. The first time was many years ago, but I recall they came out fast, did professional work and completed the job on time.

The most recent job site experienced a wide MOLD spread issue during a major site construction phase.SERVPRO came out and did a great job and helped keep out schedule on tract.

However, todays review is written on a personal account that impacted my home and family personally. During some renovation work in my home. We ran into some asbestos ,lead , and mold remediation issues. We needed a fast responce due the issues being located in both bathrooms. I called out servpro. I was placed with Mike Nunes, and Jason Coffman. Upon my call to the office, I recieved a quick call back from Mike and Jason due to my families need to have the work done soon. They had a busy schedule, but after maiking them aware of my recent allergy symptoms due to the mold. They prioritized my families health and the job. Servpro arrived the next day, accessed the work required and came up with a plan. Before the work started,I had explained to Jason that we had recently purchased this home and cost was something we needed to consider highly. Jason spoke to Mike the owner, of that and also on another fact that the insurance did not cover the issues. With no hesitation,Jason called me back, and said that he wanted to help, and would be asking Mike what he could do for us. Jason called me with the news that Mike Nunes / Servpro wanted to help us. They proceed to do the work and get us back in our.home. After we recieved the bill, I was shocked too see that Mike Nunes / Servpro had given us a huge deal on the job, I mean HUGE! SERVPRO, Mike and Jason, thank you both for helping us out . I recommend SERVPRO , Mike Nunes and Jason Coffman to any one needing this type of work done. Highly ethical, community oriented , and skilled at their job.

We found mold in some of our kitchen cabinets and called Servpro to do an inspection. Mike, the owner, and one of his employees came out on-time, were professional and had great customer service. They continued to help guide us through all of our options and upheld the same level of professionalism and service from start to finish. His prices were very competitive, he was easy to reach via text or telephone and was always willing to go the extra mile to help. If you ever need one of the services that Servpro offers, we highly recommend Mike and his team.

Servpro came in. They did a great job of giving me an estimate and timeframe to get the work done. The work was done in professional manner cording off the entire area necessary. They removed all the remote and put the special coating on the wood so it can’t grow back. I recommend Servpro for any and every mediation and or recovery job needed in your house

My 2nd floor laundry room water heater failed and overflowed the drain pan. We shut the water off very soon after the event but we did have some water flowing out of a downstairs ceiling light fixture. I called my insurance company and they initiated a restoration claim to be performed by Servpro of Oxnard. Before Servpro arrived I discovered from my insurance company that even though I haven’t had a HO policy claim in 30 yrs, with the same company, my premium would increase 44% for 3 yrs and then 38% for the 4th and 5th yrs. I would wait to see what the restoration estimate is before deciding to file a claim or pay out of pocket.

Jason Coffman was the lead tech for the 3 man team that came out that day to inspect the damage and start the restoration process. I have a fairly good understanding of home construction, electrical, plumbing, etc. so I can normally tell when I’m dealing with a knowledgeable and honest contractor. Jason was outstanding, he and his team were very professional, energetic, considerate of our home, and came up with a restoration plan that made a lot sense to me and would be the least invasive for our situation. Based on Jason’s advice, can-do attitude, and Servpro’s fair pricing I decided to pay out of pocket. Hopefully, I won’t need restoration services any time soon but if I do I will be calling Servpro of Oxnard.

We had a hot water leak above our shower in the attic which got the drywall between our office and shower. The carpet, padding and concrete were soaked. Servpro came out (Jason & Reily) they were very knowledgeable and professional. Removed drywall and vacuumed up the insulation. Set up humidifiers and fans to dry all the moisture out. Explained in detail what their findings were. We were very pleased with their professionalism.
