JW Home Care was quick to respond and arrived at our home within the hour of being called. They worked expeditiously to mitigate the water damage and were meticulous in documenting the damage for insurance purposes. They were also great in communicating not only with us but with our insurance company. Would definitely recommend JW Home Care for any mitigation needs.

I initially was looking on Yelp for cleaning services, noticed all the happy reviews for JW Home Care and was pleased by the satisfaction of their previous clients. I called, scheduled the estimate; they were very prompt, professional, and helpful.

I recently moved into a home with older carpet (circa 80's style) and needed to get it cleaned. The estimate was very reasonable, and the speed and quality to which they cleaned was fantastic.

The yelpers were right! Definitely want to keep them for future wear of the carpets. Thank you and great job guys :)

Jonathan Carter and the guys at JW Home Care did an excellent job assisting my family and I after we discovered a leak that led to mold damaged in our home. We recently had a water heater leak which flooded the bottom of our house on Labor Day. We discovered it at 8 am and JW Home Care were onsite by 1 pm. The immediately started the process of vacuuming the bulk of the water out and setting up multiple de-humidifiers and industrial fans to start the drying process. They had a pack out company they worked with come immediately to remove the contents and furniture over the next 3 days. Then JW Home Care quickly moved to the next phase of flood cutting the drywall and removing the carpet and flooring. They monitored the 2 week drying out process almost daily. They communicated with us throughout the process. Thanks!

It was a pleasure dealing with JW Home Care. It was a busy time around holidays and we where about to go out of town for vacation. I spent couple minutes to get a quote and schedule service. The crew was on time and did excellent job. In addition to carpet they cleaned our old (an favorite) sofa way beyond our expectations. We came back in couple days, everything was in order and as we expected. This was the second time we used JW. Will use again. Highly recommended!

Jonathan and his team were extremely professional and courteous. A wind storm in Santa Clarita damaged my roof and ripped away shingles and left felt visible with a threat of leakage from the coming rain. JW showed up the next day to tarp my roof to protect my home from further weather damage. They were prompt, friendly, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

After having a pipe break under our house and waste water pouring out we knew we had to immediately take care of the problem, but we did not know who to call. After reaching out to several companies we settled on a local plumber, but they misdiagnosed the problem and ended up charging us $1500 for a job that did not need to be completed. Scrambling to have the pipe fixed appropriately we called JW Home and automatically realized that they were clearly different than the rest. They took the time to listen to our needs and made us feel like we were their priority. They came out to our home the same day and quickly identified the right problem and developed a plan. They worked hard and fast and completely took care of the problem, but what impressed us most was there professionalism and kindness that they shared throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend JW Home. They were incredible.

Had an unexpected leak in my home we just moved into 6 months ago. A pipe had a slow leak from the water heater and into a wall between my garage and master bedroom walk in closet. Great experience with JW and working with Jonathan. Got an inspection for water damage in kitchen and surrounding cabinets. Jonathan was very responsive and even worked late on a weekend to help inform of all the work that was needed. Very detailed with his report/findings and what it would take to take care of all the issues. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Had a slab leak in my kitchen/living room area which I immediately shutoff water supply and needed to assess the situation for any damage and a proper game plan. I did some research and came across a restoration company called JW Home Care whom I spoke with Jon and we arranged an appt the very next day. Jon showed up on time, professional and went to work figuring out the scope of my potential issues; with his knowledge and data collected, we were able to assess what should be done immediately and things that could be held off for that moment.

Just so happens, he advised that my scenario could somewhat easily be handled on my own unless I wanted to use their service and since I do consider myself somewhat handy I decide to do myself. Jon is a straight shooter and one who does not try to use scare tactics to persuade you to make unnecessary rushed discussions which I very much respect, appreciate, and I fully trust his opinion as well as recommend to anyone who happens to have potential damage to their home.

JW Home Care is the most professional carpet cleaning service I've ever used. Jonathon is friendly and you can tell he really cares about providing the best service possible. I called a couple of times with various questions before my appointment and he was always polite and helpful. Also, the carpets looked brand new when he was done. I will definitely be calling JW Home Care the next time I have cleaning needs.

We’ve been using JW Home Care since we first moved into our house in 2013, and they always do a good job.
We used them recently to do some carpet cleaning and sofa upholstery cleaning, and once again I now know why I would only use JW Home Care services, their workmanship and customer service is by far the best.

Jonathan came out same day to quote a job at my home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my pertinent questions and helped me out with a lot of knowledge resources that will help me with the repair.

JW Home Care is the best carpet cleaning company in Ventura County! Matthew came out to my house on time and gave me a really great price for cleaning my carpets and did a really great job! So about a month later I called them back to clean and seal my tile and grout, which they did an amazing job. Jonathan left me a card that JW Home Care does water damage restoration, which my friend had about two weeks later, needless to say I put her in the hands of the best, and they did a great job!! They even came out at 11pm to control the water damage!!! What a great company!! Thanks guys!!!

This is the 2nd time I have used JW Home Care to clean carpets.
I was trying to coordinate this with a trip to my mom's in Ventura and I had to reschedule several times and they were very understanding. I appreciated that. I also like that they send text reminders of the appointment and keep you informed as to their arrival time.
The carpets were older and I was hoping to revive them one more time to help sell the house. We had the living room and 4 bedrooms cleaned and there was a great improvement. They looked really nice and dried pretty quickly. Thank you for this service.
