JW Home Care is an honest , reliable, professional local company that I would highly recommend to anyone dealing with remediation in their home. Our home was unnecessarily torn apart from a dishonest company prior to finding Jonathan and his team at JW.
JW Home Care came and picked up the pieces needed the get the job done and helped us get through a difficult situation. They also communicated with our insurance company which took that burden off of us . Jonathan helped with every aspect of getting the job done with professionalism and compassion for my family and home ! We are grateful !

I’ve used JW Home Care for carpet cleaning for over two years. Once again, Frankie did an amazing job!! My carpet looks like new! For the first time today I had my couch cleaned... amazing results!! JW Home Care was amazing and there when I needed help on a holiday! One of my upstairs toilets sprung a leak on Christmas, causing water to drip out of the first floor ceiling. Johnathan and his workers came out promptly and fixed the damage. Johnathan
even came back to my house on New Years eve and New Years day to finish the work so we could get our house back to normal ASAP. They were professional, thorough, and did a great job. If 6 stars were an option that's what I'd give them!

I have used JW Home Care for carpet cleaning in the past. They have always been prompt to schedule me and always arrive in the window I’m given. When the work is done I am always happy with the outcome. I recently had some water damage after heavy rain so I didn’t hesitate to call Jonathan for some help with this. As always it was the right move. Jonathan was at my home within the hour. He promptly called Brandon to drop off some fans and dehumidifiers, 3 days later the job is done. I highly recommend JW Home Care for carpet cleaning and any remediation work!!

Our house had fire and smoke damage from the Mountain Fire and Jonathan and his crew performed major cleaning of the interior surfaces, objects, and air. Jonathan is quite knowledgeable and helped us navigate the insurance process. He spent a lot of time in person and on the phone coordinating and explaining the cleanup process in all aspects of fire damage, not just cleaning, ensuring we had a good understanding and were confident. Afterwards he has remained available for follow-up questions, even related to damages outside the scope of his work. He was instrumental in helping the process move along smoothly while helping to manage our stress levels. We were fortunate to have found a local and conscientious person.

Can’t say enough good things about JW homecare. Brandon came to my house, was on time, and most importantly one of the most honest vendors I have ever worked with. Brandon thoroughly shared what was needed and walked me through what would be done. We agreed on a more than fair price and the team started the work on time. We recently had some water damage in our kitchen and had a couple of people come out to make an inspection. When Johnny from JW Home Care came out, it was an easy choice to go with him and the company for the job. Throughout the process, Johnny was patient and communicative as well as very detail oriented and thorough in his work, even if it meant an extra trip for him. His calm, forthright demeanor really helped to calm us down during the stressful situation. And all for a GREAT price!!

Coming home to your kitchen flooded with water to then dealing with Insurance is stressful enough! Brining in JW homecare took this process to whole different level. After the Palisades wildfire, I was devastated and did not know where to begin. The smoke and ash damage to my home was overwhelming and I worried my home would never be the same. Choosing JW Homecare to remediate my home was the best decision I could have made.

The owner, Jonathan Wagoner, answered my call the first time I called and was available, responsive and professional. He spent hours at my home before I hired him explaining the remediation process and gave me excellent advice regarding how to deal with my personal property and my insurance company. He was patient and accommodating every time I asked him to revise his bid (three times!) to either scale up or scale down the scope of work.

Once hired, Jonathan’s crew arrived on time and treated my home with care and respect. I had a good feeling about everyone on the crew from the moment I met them. Every time I came back to the house to check their progress, my expectations were exceeded. The crew was careful with my furniture, followed through on all my requests, stayed late and went above and beyond to ensure my home was properly cleaned and decontaminated.

After the house was remediated, Jonathan thoroughly documented all the fire damage that could not be cleaned so that I could prove the damage to my insurance company. He also had great resources he shared including a window contractor and environmental testing company I hired to retest the house for fire contaminants.

I recommend JW Homecare to anyone needing fire remediation. They are professional, trustworthy and genuinely care about their clients. The entire wildfire experience, from the fire to dealing with my insurance company, has been traumatic. Dealing with JW Homecare has been one of the few bright spots in an otherwise hellish experience.

Our roof was leaking which resulted in water damage and resultant mold inside our walls. Johnny and Ed were the technicians that came out. I spoke to Jonathan who was very knowledgeable and communicated throughout the process. They were very thorough and opened the wall to ensure no further mold was growing.
