Works Plumbing sent out a team to help me figure out if there was a leak causing our water bill to be 6x higher than usual. The other company I contacted wanted almost $500 to come diagnose the problem, but Works said I only would pay for any work they ended up doing, so of course I booked with them. They arrived on time and were helpful and friendly, trying all sorts of things to figure out what was going on with my plumbing. They gave multiple suggestions going forward but weren't pushy at all. I will definitely call them again in the future!

Really appreciate the work by Marlon and Ray and the workers to locate and repair my irrigation line break! It was difficult to find but with their expertise were able to locate a deep break and repair it at a reasonable price. We also found a gas line problem with inferior materials installed by a previous contractor which they fixed as well.

Technician Sergio A was a very reliable and efficient plumber to help me to replace and repair the leaking kitchen sink drainage pipe in the crawling space under the house. He ensured his work was perfect and brought out all the debris from the crawling space before leaving. I appreciated his work done.

Ray got us the appointment asap and Gilbert and Marlin came at the last minute on their last call and fixed my angle valve. They went above and beyond on their last call work on making sure things were set right.

I had a great experience working with this company. They are very friendly and professional. The manager George talked to me on the phone multiple times and Will fixed the leak in the shower in a short time.

I have needed to use Works Plumbing for a burst pipe last year and now a full Hot Water Heater replacement. Marlon and Ray are top notch repair guys and Works Plumbing came to our rescue. These guys are Courteous, kind excellent communicators and took great care of our circumstances during the process.

We had a great experience with Works plumbing. Everything from start to finish was seamless, professional, and made us feel comfortable. I was visiting my parents, who have an old house which comes with its issues, and this time it was the kitchen sink.

When I called Works, a kind lady answered right away and was incredibly helpful. Within half an hour, a technician was in the kitchen and had it fixed in no time. Can't remember his name, but I appreciated his common sense and the way he empathized with my mother's concerns.

Customer service goes a long way for me, and this finally feels like a company I can trust to take care of my parent's home even when I'm not there. When they're happy I'm happy, and I want to thank Works for their integrity and care.

The wash bowl basins at the salon were backing up so we needed someone to come out. I called three other places before reaching out to Works Plumbing Pacifica. Will was a great technician to work with. He initially came this past Saturday, but with half the City without power, he wasn’t able to perform any services.
He agreed to come in yesterday at 8am, two hours before the first scheduled client so there wouldn’t be any impact on our clients and operations.
Before he brought all his equipment in, he laid down a floor covering from the salon’s front door to his work area. He snaked all three wash basins all the way through to the Main, cleaned his work area thoroughly when complete, and got us functioning a half hour before our first client.

We had a slow drain affecting our bathroom sinks. My online appointment request was handled over the weekend, confirmed Monday morning and then Ray and George showed up first thing to clean out our drain. Ray clearly described the situation and our options addressing the problem. Then, Ray and George got right to work. Our tankless water heater’s copper pipes cracked late on 12/23 and I contacted Works Plumbing via Yelp around 11pm. Ray and Jorge came out Christmas Eve morning at 8am to check out the situation and was able to patch it until repairing it the following Monday. Thank goodness because we were hosting Xmas eve dinner that night. The guys were friendly, professional, and efficient. We’re glad to have found a local plumber business to support and recommend these guys if you need help! They are lifesavers in plumbing emergencies which always seem to happen at the worst times.

Shower/Tub water faucet handle had worn and broken & bathroom sink faucet and handle were worn/leaking as well. Needed replacement. Jorge & Will of Works Plumbing were prompt, kind, courteous & professional. Jorge offered a great/reasonable price with discount to repair/replace the water fixtures. Excellent repair and replacement work with quality water fixtures. All is running well once more! By this time, I had received bids from two-three vendors I contacted directly. Soon after posting my need for a licensed technician for a commercial buildings gas line repair, I received a call from Works Plumbing. The office staff was very nice, patient and detailed. I was able to set an appointment for the very next morning. After the call, I received a text notification with the technician’s photo and contact information. With this, I was able to inform my team of who and what to expect. The following morning, I received a phone call from Marlon, the technician, who provided me with his ETA. In speaking with Marlon, I was able to reiterate my request, and essentially feel very comfortable with the level of service I expected to receive. Once onsite, Marlon called again to inform me of his findings as well as an action plan to remedy the situation immediately. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I agreed to have the work performed by Works Plumbing. Not only did they repair the leak, they set an appointment with PG&E to follow up with a site visit and they conducted an after visit survey! I feel it’s appropriate to give credit where credit is due and Works Plumbing certainly deserves the praise. My matter was completed within a couple of hours and at a most respectfully reasonable cost. I highly recommend Works Plumbing. And shout out to Willy @Works Plumbing who assisted Marlon onsite. You two are in my favor!

George, Will, Ray and Ever were completely efficient, knowledgeable, attentive to all concerns. They were able to quickly problem solve as a team and George couldn't have been more human in his explanation to ones who know nothing about this field and reinforced his calm and soothing solutions that made me feel in tune and confident in what his team did. We had a very complicated plumbing issue with an old clogged pipe, and our technician was excellent at diagnosing the problem and working through a variety of different solutions. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Will was especially helpful and went step-by-step through diagnosing the problem and developing several different options for us to consider. I would definitely hire them again.
