Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing has an excellent team. The person in charge of appointments is on the ball. Joel, the technician who came to my house, was knowledgeable, capable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I really appreciate his thoroughness. He fixed my issue and taught me some important things about the gas and plumbing set up in my old SF house, too! Thank you Joel!

Joel was incredibly helpful and courteous!

Left message on website for installing 2 toilets they contacted me 5 minutes later and appointment as set for next day. I tried to contact 2 other companies 3 times no response. They arrived at 9am and did a great job hats off to Jose and partner. I definitely recommend this company

The piping leading from the water heater to a pump to the second floor was leaking very hot water that had damaged the dry wall. Edgar and Joel repaired the segment and added a relief valve. Both Joel and Edgar were professional, clearly explaining what the problems were and how the repair would be accomplished. They worked quickly but paid attention to details and checked their work afterwards. Their work was neatly done and reflected professional pride. I could not be happier.

Francisco inspected our home sewer lines using their scoping equipment. He was very friendly and professional. No tree roots! We then hired Nigel Mulgrew to flush out the lines from years of sediment. All went well.

I have used these folks for over 20 years. Today Francisco rescued my incessantly running toilet. He was kind, prompt, explained things well, accommodating and I can flush again!

Just had them come out again for toilet flush mechanics replacement. And as always—great service, both personable and professional. Work done quickly and perfectly and reasonably. Ten out of five stars!!!!

Very thorough and careful replacement of disposal and correction of previous other plumbing company’s incomplete work on pipe fastener.

I’ve been using Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing for several years now and they have always come through with good work. The work was to replace the Grohe shower cartridge which was broken and to replace a vacuum breaker that had worn out. The technician (Francisco) was able to look up and obtain the parts so that work was finished same day.

I have to say that this company knows their way around higher end plumbing fixtures, and this is important since a fixture doesn’t just need to look nice; it also has to work well so that the experience is as nice as the look.

Other things to know, they (Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing) are very easy to work with on scheduling and are always great to deal with on the phone.

I had Edgar Isara come in for work on two projects, one for the installation of a gas-line shutoff device and the other for the installation of a Moen water leak detector. Edgar always arrived on time for both engagements, communicated the work required and the function of the devices, and worked promptly. He keeps a tidy work area and trusted him to his work.

Normally, I get a well qualified crew to operate cameras investigating sanitary, sewer lines, but this project I don’t feel we got experienced operators and they didn’t have the right equipment for the job. I provided drawings showing 4 inch and 6 inch pipe pipes that need to be investigated, but the camera was not able to go farther than about 45 feet due to the small camera cable size in 4” and 6” pipe. The operator failed to put a ball on the camera to keep it out of the water, so the videos aren’t very useful and determining if there is water in the pipe and showing the amount of water in the pipe

Mulgrew do reach back out to us and deducted 30% of the bill due to our issues and we would recommend them to others.

Plus, they were able to get the toilet ordered and installed before the holidays. I have to admit that it’s been difficult over the years to find a trustworthy plumbing company and I am so glad that Nigel Mulgrew was recommended to me by a friend and that I decided to call them.

Travis was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything will a lot of patience. Not pushy at all and gave us enough time to evaluate their estimates.
We were in a fix with a broken water heater and they were able to complete the replacement the very same day. A bit on the expensive side but when all others were booked out, I’m very happy Works Plumbing took up our job and completed it in record time.

Our condo rental toilet water line ruptured.We were about to leave for a vacation. The local plumbing company I used in the past couldn't do the work for 3 weeks.We couldn't leave our tenant without a toilet. I called Works plumbing. Very pleasant receptionist. There was a technician on site within 1 hour. The technician communicated with us during the repair and sent pictures. We couldn't be happier with the service. We went on vacation without delay. Will definitely use Works Plumbing in the future.
