They are always great, fast and responsive! After hiring them for my first plumbing issue in 2020, Frank has been my go-to plumber for any issues. I call them for any issues at my house and issues for rental properties in the area.

we had bathtub draining issue and thought maybe the lever that controls the stopper
properly working; turns out it was just clogged. steve and danny was professional and pleasant to work with, explained to us what the issue was after diagnosing the problem onsite, gave us a quote, and voila fixed our headache right away. we absolutely love them and so happy we have such a reliable contractor to work on our old house if and when there’s any issues. thank you again!!!

F&A Plumbing was johnny on the spot for me last Saturday. Both my toilets were backed up and Frank and Danny arrived on time as agreed upon. Soon after both toilets were flowing again. While here they found a leak in the basin in my garage and we made an appointment to fix that. 2 days later Steven showed up and knocked that out in less than one hour. Fantastic services. Steve the plumber showed up in their stated time frame, fixed the problem with our backed up sink and charged a reasonable price. He was friendly and took care of business quickly. We will use them again!

Neeed to replace an old sink. found them via yelp and they responded quick came by for a quote, scheduled for installation and went to work once we got the product we needed. we ran into some unexpected issues but Firas and Steven went above and beyond to make sure the job was well done. we’re so thrilled to have a brand new sink and would recommend these guys to anyone that needs kitchen work done!!!! would definitely hire them again for any future issues around our house!

Francesco and Andy came to give me estimates for three different issues we had ; a complicated toilet replacement, no hot water in the guest shower, and a broken fancy shower handle in the other bathroom. None were simple problems, but they fixed the last one on the spot and was very knowledgeable and thoughtful about potential solutions for the other two issues. They took careful measurements, identified manufacturers of some high end parts, etc. I look forward to getting their proposal for the first two issues (rare that one “looks forward” to getting estimates for a plumbing job!)

These guys are the best. The exact reason you call a local business. I do most of my own plumbing, but a bit ago I realized I needed someone to look at my pipes and help me diagnose a problem, and Andrew sent someone over within a couple hours. The next day Joe got under the house and sorted it out. More recently I needed advice on how to design the ADU I’m building and Nigel the owner came over and gave me two dozen observations and ideas I never would have seen by myself. So many little details that will help me streamline the design of the floorplan itself, saving me time and money on plumbing installation.

Nilgrew Mulgrew Plumbing is the best in the city. Francisco resolved an issue with a toilet the same day that 2 others plumbers said would require opening up walls at great cost to repair. Highly recommend.

Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing is wonderful! I would highly recommend without hesitation. After a complete plumbing nightmare caused by another plumber. I reached out to Andrew and Nigel the owner and his team. They were very empathetic to our situation.

Nigel and Andrew came over themselves right away and assessed the situation. Unfortunately they found even more damage under our floors caused by that same plumber. Was bad news but could have been even worse had they not discovered it. We then work with an engineer and had Andrew and his colleague Joel do inspections and the work for us after.

Very good experience. Knowledgeable and trustworthy which is very rare in this area. Again would highly recommended.

Very broken and messy under kitchen sink. Joe was able to replace and install new parts efficiently and quickly. Also fixed an old and stubborn toilet. Great job.

This past week I called again! Spigot handle came off in my hand. I was able to turn the water off with pliers but not able to reattach the handle. Called Nigel Mulgrew and Francisco Ambrocio came out almost immediately. Everything is back in running order. Thank you!,

The Mulgrew crew was truly awesome. Francisco and Joe came onsite as scheduled, and they busted tail on the project. Their work is excellent—even my electrician commented on the quality of their install. They were extremely flexible when I changed some aspects of the project mid-stream, and came up with suggestions for best solutions. When I had to call them back to tidy up a small problem, they came back very willingly and took care of it promptly. If anyone asks, they are the first company I would recommend. Definitely my go-to plumbers in the future!

The plumbers came to the rescue quickly after we discovered a septic pump had clogged. They were on the scene all day and didn't leave until everything was cleared out and cleaned up nicely!

Very professional team. The office and technicians are very commutative and efficient. The technicians identified the problem quickly and advised me on different options. I appreciated that they wore shoe booties to protect rugs and flooring and explained each aspect of the diagnosis.
They are a little pricier than other plumbing companies, but they are very good and you can be confident that their work is solid. Highly recommend.
