Reviews of local pros in Pacifica, California

Put Nigel Mulgrew on your list of house professionals! Andy started the diagnosis of the problem with my kitchen sink over the phone, and when the expert plumber Joel arrived he had everything we needed to change out the faucet and replace the P trap and assorted hoses. Both gentleman were courteous, professional, and wonderful to work with. When it seemed like a problem might have arisen from the original fix, Joel was back in a flash to reinspect, but all was well, and has remained so. I highly recommend them.

Francisco was very courteous and professional. He was able to fix the problem with the garage disposal in a matter of minutes and checked to make sure it was functioning properly before leaving. I will definitely call Mulgrew Plumbing in the future should the need arise.

Joel Gomez was friendly, professional, accommodating, and, most importantly, totally proficient in fixing our problem. He explained everything, took care to adjust things exactly the way we wanted. We recommend him and Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing without qualification.

Gomez was great however Nigel was not. Canceled our original appointment at the last minute,!after I stayed home and waited.
Could have given me a heads up as I wasted several hours waiting for them. No excuse for not letting me know earlier

Francisco from Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing quickly figured out our problem, gave us an estimate and then made the repair. He even came back the next day in response to a question we had concerning the repair. He was easy to work with, careful with our wood floors and cleaned up nicely after he was finished. Highly recommend him and his company. Would definitely use him again.

Francisco did a great job. He needed to pickup a part for our sink, which worked nicely. Very friendly and professional attitude. Would recommend Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing.

I called for Service and they were there the day after- I received a message with technician on his way, he was prompt. His work was clean, we did a walk through sign a few papers and all done in less than 2hrs. Joel was very pleasant and courteous. Pricing was fair for the work . I will use them again!

Francisco arrived on time and was extremely courteous and respectful. He and his assistant worked on the maintenance of the instant hot water system which took about 2 hours. I have always had great service from Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending them for any service related to installation, repairs and maintenance!

We had an excellent experience with plumber, Joel Gomez, today. We had several small plumbing jobs. Mr. Gomez assessed the issues, explained our options and fixed everything efficiently. Mr. Gomez was cordial and professional. He cleaned everything up before he left. We would certainly call Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing in the future if the need arises. Highly recommend.

Francisco was so nice and did an outstanding job, beautifully installing some faucets I had purchased. I had measured to make sure they would fit. The setup looks so much better, works so much better. No more leaking! Just prior, that same day, another much larger company had sent someone to do that and the plumber took a look and said it couldn't be done, because the optional side sprayer couldn't be installed. No charge, but I guess he didn't get what "optional" meant, so rather than argue, I called our local Nigel Mulgrew company.
As I thought, it was not rocket science and could be done. I didn't need the side sprayer and there was no hole for it, so no problem. Next time, I won't waste time and will likely call Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing and ask for Francisco again. He was very pleasant, expert, and resourceful. Francisco left things clean and even wore booties indoors to protect my floors. The experience could not have been more efficient or delightful.

The guys at NMP do great work and have a good process for estimating and getting the job done. Always prompt, reasonable, cost-effective and thoughtful in solving the plumbing problems. Most recently, I've had both Joel and Francisco out and both were excellent.

Great service. Our water heater went out just before the long holiday weekend and they were able to install a new one that same day.
Joel and his assistant replaced the old water heater and left no mess. I appreciate their attention to detail and to have a great local company to work with.
Thanks!

The shower valve needs replaced. It is an older style and they are working to get a replacement so the valve doesn't need to be replaced

Joel did an excellent job very focused and professional and he’s a nice guy. Would have him back anytime no problem. Can you guys get us a quote for the separator? He’ll know what I’m talking about under the kitchen sink thank you.

We were looking for a quote for a seismic shut-off valve for our house. The team sent someone out, and they gave us a quote, and we got the work done on the same day! The work quality was excellent, can't complain.

Joel was a gentleman and an experienced (12yr w/ Nigel) plumber. He cared about doing a perfect job. He found another leak and did the utmost to fix it.
The office communicates with phone and text. Truly a well run, finely tuned office system.
I had to be rescheduled by a few days because a high rise plumbing job took longer than expected. I was willing to wait even without running water because I know Nigel’s team is worth a short delay.
Thank you, Nigel for your A+ service to our community.

I have worked with Nigel, Andrew, Elder and the incredible Mulgrew team for over 20 years. As the owner of Teevan Restoration, I have had the pleasure of having Nigel and his knowledgeable team work on hundreds of projects with me and in EVERY SINGLE INSTANCE they did everything that they could to be professional, courteous, creative and just plain EXCELLENT!!
Not only do they understand the nuances of older homes, they have stayed up to date on all of the latest innovations that have developed in newer homes as well.
Recently, I had a problem at my own home and of course I called them. I had the pleasure of having Ever come and help diagnose and fix a complicated issue. He was thorough, competent, effective and efficient -- PLUS a joy to have in my home. Having been in the remodeling business for almost 30 years I have had dealings with countless craftspeople and tradesmen. Unequivocally, Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing is one of the finest firms I have ever worked with. Great people, great work, great value. What more can I say!!!! Thank you to your amazing team!!

Great experience. The team went out of their way to make sure that I was happy and make sure my place was looking perfect. I use them every time. No question.

Joel was polite, friendly and efficient. He knew what to do to troubleshoot our dishwasher draining issue. He left everything clean and tidy. We worked with him once before. He’s a great trustworthy man. Plumbers are always expensive but Mulgrew does and good job.

Prompt, professional service every time! Thank you for helping us look good to
