Our 2 year old flushed a full bar of soap down the toilet and it was not functioning, they had someone at our house within 45 minutes of calling and fixed it within 15 minutes. They came with the right equipment and were in and out and it’s back to normal. Life saver! They were also respectful and put on shoe covers before entering. Thank you!

Mario and Jaran did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. Our old one was making a very loud & disturbing vibrating noise, and unfortunately had reached the end of it's useful life. They were extremely friendly & professional, and worked very hard to finish the big job in a single day. The water did not quite get as hot as we wanted, and when I called Works Plumbing about it Mario came right out the very next day to adjust the temperature up for us. Great company with great customer service!!

We were able to get an appointment to have someone come out the very next day to determine if we needed to replace our bathroom faucet or attempt a work around the European faucet we”ve had for 15 years.

I wanted to keep the original faucet, because I liked the style, but it was time to buy a new style so we could have a faucet that had a tight fit and no longer rocked from side to side.

Dominic and his associate were very patient with my need to pick out the faucet myself and sent me to the retail/wholesaler they use. Then came back a week later to install it when the faucet arrived.

My name is Nancy and I was given a kitchen sink disposal for my birthday (don't worry it was upon my request). Works Plumbing sent technician, Jovan. He was kind, courteous and thorough. I had used Works Plumbing last winter for some major plumbing and this experience was as positive as that one. The disposal it self proved to be challenging (a brand I would not recommend), but the service was stellar. If you need a disposal, call Works Plumbing but have them bring their own unit and install it. I will call them for my next plumbing needs.
