Precision sent a technician to assess and/or repair our garage door. The technician was very polite, informative, and conducted himself in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to neighbors and friends.

The technicians did a great job removing my old garage door opener and installing a new one. They also serviced serviced with new nylon rollers. The entire job took only about 90 minutes. I will use Precision Door Repair in the future when needed.

I woke up to a nightmare scenario: a broken garage door sprang up at 8 am, trapping my car. Thankfully, I found precision and scheduled a service call for between 10 am and noon. Brock arrived promptly and was incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and had my garage door working perfectly by 11:30 am. His speed and expertise were truly impressive. I highly recommend Precision and especially Brock for their fast and reliable service!

I called Precision to come out and replace the springs on my garage door. A technician came out early the next day, and within an hour the springs were replaced. The technician was very professional and also gave me information on replacing the garage door at another house of mine. I had no idea there was a service like this. In the past, I had my handyman come over, and go get the springs. I love that we have all these mobile services now.

So impressed with this company! They came out on a Sunday, within a couple of hours of my call. Brett, the technician, did a great job informing me about my options. I have placed an order, but installation will not happen until next week. If the installation is anything like the service call, I am sure I will be happy! I also loved the website—it was very informative. Money well spent. I would love to see an app where I can take a picture of my house and see different styles and colors of doors on it.
