This company knows what customer service is. From the time I contacted them to the time they finished the job Kyle was polite and professional and my garage door works like a charm. I highly recommend them for you garage door needs.

My garage spring broke and I was unable to get my car out for work. Kyle showed up to my home within 15 minutes and checked out everything needed to be done. He was extremely professional and polite and explained everything that my garage needed and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Got my garage fixed in a little over an hour and it was as good as new. I appreciate Kyle’s customer service and the work he did. 10/10 will be recommending to family/friends that need garage work done.

My garage door hit my trash can and bent so badly it wouldn't open or close. Precision sent Kyle out and he fixed it quickly and did a really good job

Picture this. It's 6am and I am on my way to Home Depot to get some landscaping supplies . I open the garage door and the cable snaps. After some research the first Company with great reviews " Precision Garage Door Services of Palmdale" responded immediately. Kyle Keefauver is the very definition of Professionalism and Honor to our working Veterans. Thank you for your Service to Our Country and Our Community. Kyle was the technician for Precision door service that came out to install a new garage door motor for us. At the time I did not know they sent the best person for the job. Immediately it became clear to me that he knew what he was doing. He was very thorough, very professional, and completely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained in detail what he needed to do in a way that was very easy to understand. In short, Kyle should be the standard for hiring someone at Precision. There is no need to shop around for what needs to be done for your garage door. Thank you, Kyle. OORAH!

We hired JNR to complete a landscaping project within a certain timeframe. SCOTT WARE, our rep, promised the deadline could be fulfilled and it wasn’t. My husband had to figure it out and use cheap turf rugs to make the yard look decent for our daughter’s birthday. No problem.

We called the office to make sure we could complete the project anytime since we already paid the deposit.

The problem: the rep, SCOTT WARE, decided to come to my house, unannounced, and proceed to attempt to come into our yard. After he couldn’t get in, he then take out his phone and begins to take pictures of our yard as he peered over the gate.

When I came to confront him, he ran. When my husband called, he lied. Scott said he called us. He didn’t. He said he thought the backyard gate was our front door. Another lie.

The company has refused all accountability and has continued to ignore facts about our communication and ignored the fact that we called to confirm the contract details. Avoid at all costs.

I WON’T be intimidated by the owner. My thoughts and feelings are VALID.

JNR Home improvements just finished 2 aluminum patio covers at my house. I must say the product and professionalism of JNR was top notch. It’s hard to find a company from the office staff answering the phones, to the sales Person, to the installers and even the owner that is more polite and respectful than JNR. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future projects.

The before and after difference is amazing. I love my new patio cover and the over all look of the back yard now that its complete. Even though it took forever to get things done and there was some "hiccups" along the way over all Paris's crew did amazing work and I love the way the patio cover and the garden gate turned out. Anytime there was an issue things got taken care of and everyone from the office manager, every crew person, and the owner was there to help and make sure that the end result was one I loved. Thank you guys!

Excellent workmanship and professionalism done by whole team at JNR. The team that came to the house were awesome, did a really terrific job, exceeded expectations. Very happy with outcome. We did the whole yard so now we have to figure out how to do something with them down the road. Recommend to all, family and friends. John took care of us start to finish. In our first home we hired JNR to do our backyard .I am not creative so I appreciated all of their input and pictures .From start to finish we were always informed about what stage the project was on. Everything was done according to the initial timeline and the crew left my yard spotless when it was done .Jeromie came by several times to check on the work. The crew was professional and courteous. We plan to hire them again to do our current backyard .

I had JNR install turf in my backyard and they did an amazing Job! Travis and his crew were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My backyard looks amazing and my dog loves the new turf too. It is super easy to clean and it is low maintenance.

My backyard feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert! It’s beautiful. I’m so impressed with JNR from the sales/design consultant in the beginning, the workers and the office staff in the middle, and the owner at the end. They really have a great team working there.
When I called to schedule an appointment for a free estimate the office staff was very friendly and timely. They emailed me a photo of the sales guy so I would know who to expect on my appointment! That gave me a great feeling knowing that this company cared enough to do that. He listened to my requests offered suggestions and even had samples to help me choose what would eventually be used in the yard. I choose to go with artificial turf and DG in the planter areas with a small amount of concrete work. I was limited with my time frame of when the work needed to be completed and they finished before I expected.
The products used are amazing and the installation was superb! JNR communicated with me through every step and never made me feel like I was wondering when or what was going to happen next. Thanks so much to Jeff, Chris, Jonathan, and the rest of the crew that was here everyday! I feel horrible that I didn’t get their names. JNR really is the MUST USE company to go to for your landscaping needs! My dogs love it too!

We hired JNR Home Improvements to do some landscaping in our backyard. The entire process was easy, professional, and affordable. The crew of Travis, Patrick, Reuben, and Francisco were timely, considerate, and professional during the entire job. The first person who came to our house was John N. He did the initial measurements of the project area and was helpful in answering a multitude of questions we had. He also gave us some ideas on how the project would come together.

The second person who came to our home was Johnathan D. He came to do the final measurements and drawings of the project area. We met with him in the office to finalize all plans and to sign the contract. He also did the before and after pictures and much more.Thank You

Love this company!!! They have done two jobs for us. The first job was a custom patio cover, we got the estimate in November and the job was done just days after Christmas. The crew was fantastic!!! Darryl and team worked quickly, efficiently, carefully, and consistently. They were always on the job on time, they were clean about their work, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. They were so clean, when they left, you wouldn't have even known they were there!!! So, when our fence fell down a week ago Wednesday, I called JNR for an estimate, I also called a fence company. Both companies sent people out on Thursday for estimates. JNR had their estimate to us by that Saturday, the other company was Tuesday. Not only was JNR cheaper, they could start that Wednesday!! The fence company was way more expensive and needed two weeks to start. We went with JNR. The same crew came to do the fence. It was kind of a relief as I had other things happening at the same time this fence construction. I was not going to be home. As usual with Darryl and crew, they worked quickly, efficiently, carefully and consistently. My fence was up in two and a half days. The fence they put in is beautiful! My neighbors all love it!! I couldn't ask for a better job. We are lucky to have a company like JNR Home Improvement in the Antelope Valley. They make home improvement painless!!

JNR constructed a beautiful patio cover for us. They worked very closely with us to incorporate the design details we were looking for. Our project required some extra time and engineering and they were quite patient as we made our final inputs. Although there were some supply chain issues due to the pandemic, the front office kept us well informed as to the status on our project. When the time came for install, Paris and Many were very professional, extremely patient as they answered our questions, and walked us through the process. Both Paris and Many and the rest of the team ensured we were 100% satisfied with everything. It’s been a little over a month now, and we use our gorgeous new patio cover every day. It’s a beautiful addition to our backyard and we’re thrilled with how it came out. I’ll definitely use them again for future jobs.

Had a pile of dirt and rocks for a backyard! JNR was recommended from a few neighbors and man was it the best decision to work with them! From start to finish Travis and his crew were amazing!
