This company is outstanding! The office and managers are very friendly and easy to work with. The installation crew was on time, respectful, and professional. My yard is long and curvy with odd shapes and the artificial grass was laid perfectly and the seams were treated with lots of care. If any questions or issues arise, they are on top of it ASAP. They want you to be pleased and happy with the outcome and they’ll do everything possible to get it to your standards. Also, a large crew did it in record time; one long day!! But no corners were cut, it was beautifully done. Everyone wants to know who did the work and I highly recommend them. Do it now! You won’t regret it!

I’m happy that I chose JNR. John Nicholson was kind and knowledgeable. He kept me posted which is always appreciated and was fast in getting the documents in order. Travis and his crew were respectful of my property and did a wonderful job. I was pleased with the quality of this company from start to finish.

Promised they would start work three weeks after signing a contract. It has been over 5 weeks and we still do not have a scheduled start date. It's excuse after excuse for the delay.

Do not sign a without a completion date in the contract.

Update. I finally got a scheduled date.

I’m not happy with the owners response. They like to pretend their sales person did not promise the installation would start 3 weeks after signing the papers. I was told a second person would come later in the week, possibly early the following week, after I signed papers to double check the measurements. They came over two weeks later. This delay has nothing to do with obtaining supplies. I was told after that their engineer would need to draw up a design, however, they were on vacation for a week adding more delay. Again, this delay had nothing to do with obtaining supplies.

Yes, they keep me updated, I never denied that. I’m not an unreasonable customer. I just expect punctuality for things under their control. When they don’t even order the parts until after the promised start date then you can’t blame your suppliers.

I will update this with a full review after the installation is complete.

Second update. Installation is complete on 1 July, about 6.5 weeks after signing contract. Taking 1 star off for failed verbal promise of salesperson that the job would be started 3 weeks after signing contract and only take 2 days to complete. Taking a second star off for the managements inference that I am an unreasonable customer and blaming delays on their material suppliers. If they modify their response I will modify my rating so my review looks like the one on Yelp.

I will admit the contract stated they will complete the job 23 days AFTER ORDERING MATERIALS. What they fail to say, mention, or put in the contract in there is no guarantee on when they will order materials. They do not do that until a second person verifies measurement and an engineer draws them up and you approve them. In my case that took almost 3 weeks.

Patrick, Ruben, Francisco, and Travis did an excellent job with the landscaping and went above and beyond my expectations. The area they worked on looks beautiful. They are all courteous, answer all my questions, and followed through with promises. They also do not play loud music which seems to be quite common with some of the contractors I had doing other work.

All in all I am pleased with the work JNR performed. Unfortunately the delays, which are completely the fault of their management and salesperson, soured the experience a bit. This was the final piece to an almost complete renovation of our backyard including a pool (not built by JNR) that took a very long time to complete. We were ready to be done back there and the 3 week promise was part of the reason we went with them.

Attached pictures, but do not have before pictures. Plants and trees were already there. They flattened out the dirt, added turf, installed weed guard underneath, added rocks, added a hose spigot, added sprinkler valves, moved the planters, ran sprinkler lines to all the plants and moved my heavy giant turtle.

Excellent experience! The patio cover is beautiful! Even though it took longer than expected due to delays in materials and permit. inspections, overall is very nice experience. Paris did a fantastic job on the patio cover and answered all our questions.

Great experience getting new landscaping and a large patio cover with JNR. Design process was thorough and they dealt with the county for permits and inspections. They did a good job with my weird requirements (we needed two spots to put telescopes on for backyard viewing and it all turned out very nice.

We just had turf installed in our backyard, Travis was crew leader, and they did an outstanding job! They were so helpful, answered questions, and their work was done quickly and looked amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new lawn, and we have recommended them to others as well. Thank you so much!

JNR did both our frontyard and backyard. Both were custom designs we submitted to JNR and the final product turned out as great. We received many compliments from neighbors about our frontyard. Pricing was also very reasonable in comparison to numerous other quotes we received. Highly recommended.

From the beginning of the project, we were kept apprised of every step of the planning, permitting, product ordering, and finally the install dates. This communication has been of paramount value to us. The crew that installed the patio cover was quite excellent in the efficiency and pleasant manner. They not only worked hard to make sure everything was perfect, but they also cleaned up after themselves.

We bought a house last year and wanted to get a cover for the patio, so we could enjoy being out doors more often. So we attempted to get quotes from contractors to build a patio cover. No one seemed to be interested in building with a permit. Or at least they never got back to us with a quote. Found JNR Home Improvements via google search. Steve came to our house took some measurements and gave us a quote on the spot. He told us about their insulated classic cedar embossed patio covers. This was the kind of product we were looking for. Durable, insulated and quality all around. Crew leaders Paris & Many were here last week preparing our site for the install. After the first permit inspection was complete ( just a few days after install prep), the build was started. Jerol and his crew finished building our patio cover in one day! And we love it ! Thanks Holly for keeping us updated and making sure we had all our questions answered. We have a place out doors we can enjoy for years to come.

JNR installed my EZ turf for the dog run on our side yard. Loved the way they kept in contact with updates leading up to install date. They arrived on time were professional and knew exactly what the job entailed.

The application process to finance project was simple and fast. Patrick and his crew did an outstanding job as shown on pictures. We recently had a patio cover installed. We ordered in July and put down $16k to cover deposit and materials. We were told due to covid it would take longer than the 8 weeks normal delivery time. They do keep you updated weekly on any progress. Materials finally came in just before Thanksgiving. Demo team arrived and after they were half way through demo the foreman said they would not be able to attach patio cover at the 8'3 we had agreed to due to the engineer missing that roof line dropped at the bump out. Was disappointed and angry. There was some back and forth with the company but after the owner Jeremy came out he came up with an acceptable solution. We lost about 6 inches in ceiling height but the job looks fantastic and we are very happy. Everyone we had contact with was professional and friendly. While working in our backyard I was very happy to see how cleanly they worked. I would recommend JNR to friends and family but would recommend to be very thorough about what the job entails, how they will do it etc. Ask a lot of questions and fully understand derstand the job

We had our entire backyard redone by JNR and parts of our front yard landscaping. Our backyard was a hot mess. Full of weeds and dirt due to us being in a culdesac and we have the back big lot, it was a huge project. Travis and his team were wonderful. They had to work SO hard in the hot summer AV heat and they outdid themselves. We also but in a lattice patio and that was done quickly and efficiently. I’m only taking a bit off the review due to their digging machine tearing up our front yard grass. They did replace it with sod and strips of grass but it looks pretty messy right now as we wait for it to grow back. Overall the JNR crew were amazing. The biggest hold up we had was the city permits that made our project take so long. Shout out to Patrick I think his name was who had to deal with our crabby neighbor too!

This company is doing a complete renovation on my next door neighbors house and what a group of absolute gentlemen. They are very conscientious about noise, dust, paint spray, etc. The best part about this, is I ain't giving them a dime. Their work looks really good, and I'm sure the neighbor is going to be beyond satisfied, but there is nothing in it for them to be great with the neighbors. Yet they are.

Bryan and his team took care of us on really short notice. Our fence was damaged during a recent windstorm and Bryan was able to get our fence repaired within 5 days. He was very friendly and the price was very fair. His team was quick, efficient, and very thorough. We are VERY grateful for the fantastic service.

A bathroom remodel is a huge investment and not without anxiety. Part of that anxiety was that we both dont have an eye for interior design and we needed help. That's where Sarah came in. She was patient and professional with us and walked us through the entire process and helped us pick out fixtures and details that turned out perfect.

Once we signed the contract they jumped into action, they immediately scheduled us the following Monday and were in constant communication as what each days work would entail and they never missed a work day from start to finish. They were always professional and friendly. If we need something done again we will not hesitate to use the Lenton Company!

1 Star for this company is 3 more than they deserve. I had this company come out and give a quote. I expected a ballpark figure to even consider proceeding with any work. When asked, I Very UNWISELY, revealed a $300,000K budget. Guess what, several months later my quote was at my Very High and Unwisely revealed $300,000K budget. This all after recanting a much lower budget, reducing my design expectations, paying $7,000 for measurements, receiving an almost unusable design, and months of tracking down an actual QUOTE. In addition, the quote I was given seemed to be pulled from thin air with no verification of cost breakdown. I had other professional’s follow-up with this company on my behalf and advised me this company was not in my best interest. Do your homework with these thieves.

Lenton Company did a fantastic job on my remodel of the master bathroom and bedroom. The fiinished project exceeded my expectations of what I was thinking. I would highly recommend Lenton if anyone is considering a remodel of anykind in your home..
