Zion Air is #1 in my book. Honest, professional, excellent communication, and knowledgeable. Being a landlord out of the area, I must rely on vendors to assess the issue and give me an honest opinion of work that is needed. I sent out two vendors they could not get the heater to start and stated the whole wall heater needed replacement at $3K+ (the unit cost is $1,000, so $2K in Labor!?). Stephen went out got it working, verified heating element was not cracked or leaking, and billed a modest repair fee. He said it was an older unit, but working ok. If I ever need a replacement, or repair, Zion Air will have my business! Good vendor!!

Stephen has been my AC/heat service provider for several years. He diagnoses quickly and gets the work done fast. His prices are very reasonable, and the service is professional and timely.

Stephen came out on a Saturday to get my furnace working. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it, providing heat on a very cold day. He discovered a problem with the propane pressure gauge which I was able to have repaired and came back to adjust the propane flow. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!!

Excellent service at a fair price. Steven has been maintaining our air conditioner, keeping it running smoothly. He is efficient and as nice as can be. He also keeps our filters clean, changing them as necessary. He not only replaced our thermostat he also showed me how to use it. Would give Steven 6 stars if I could.

We have used Zion Air for multiple projects, from small ones like repairing our mini split units to big like crane removing old AC unit and ductwork, and every time Stephen has been a pleasure to work with. We have an upcoming new AC installation (post-redoing our roof) and our quote was reasonable and within budget. Probably the best reason why we've kept working with Zion above any other company is the clear communication and straightforward examination of what's best for our home. I've definitely dealt with AC companies who just hand you an expensive blanket quote without determining my oddly-laid out homes needs. Not every house has a cookie cutter layout, or the most conventional floor plan that's conducive to your average HVAC set up, and I felt that Stephen was thorough by walking through my home and look for the best ways to add additional returns and vents that were making my previous HVAC system struggle. Looking forward to our new updated system and working with Stephen again.

In the middle of a heat wave my AC went out, I called Zion late at night and they actually returned my call in an hour. Stephen came out the next day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very honest, and pricing was affordable and fair. Super nice guy and very professional, he even checked a few other things for me. We had a wonderful 5 star experience with Zion air. We recently moved into a new home and was having decreased air movement in two of the rooms causing them to be warmer than the other areas of the house. Another AC company wanted us to buy a whole new unit however, Stephan suggested increasing the vent size and adding 2 additional return ducts which dramatically improved the air flow in those rooms. My Husband and I are both pleased with the work and outcome!

Stephen came to our house within 24 hours fixed our AC from bad storm and also checked out 2 Heaters for winter use. Awesome work great guy reasonable price. Highly recommend Zion Custom Air for heating and air conditioning.

I've used Zion Custom Air on three occasions over the last year or so, just now getting around to leaving a review. Stephen is always very responsive when I've needed him, and gets the Central AC system back up and running very quickly. He is always pleasant to work with and the prices are right around market value, not cheaper nor overly expensive. They guarantee their work which is great. Apparently my issues were always something different and not covered under warranty, which is fine that's not his fault. I know at least one of the three times the repair was completely unrelated. The other one, I think it could have probably been diagnosed on a previous estimate and repair, but I have no idea if that's true nor am I in any way a HVAC professional so we'll leave it at that. When it comes to pricy repairs for homeowners as an HVAC system is, it's awesome to work with someone who is fast to get to your repairs, experienced to get the job done right the first time, thorough in their inspections in order to save you from future costly repairs, and with unbeatable prices so you know you don't need to shop around. Over all I would recommend Zion Custom Air and I will gladly continue to use their service in the future. Hey Stephen how about starting a Customer Loyalty Discount? Just throwing it out into the universe, you might consider it lol.

I called because my AC was not working and was recommended to them by a friend. Stephan answered our call and come out quickly. He told us what was wrong and had our Ac working in no time. My impression of him was how honest and trustworthy he seemed. Prices were very fair and would definitely recommend him.

Stephen is highly communicative and very friendly. Making a huge purchase like an A/C unit makes someone very hesitant and though at times it may be hard to believe these reviews. I do want to note that Zion Air made it absolutely the easiest, quickest, and most organized that a customer could ask for. I highly recommend them and don’t worry they will do it right.
