These guys are excellent. I work nights got home at 1 am to find my ac not working at all. I reached out for someone to come take a look and fix my ac. To my surprise they called me at 630am and was at my house by 8am that is amazing! They are professional and as you can see timely service. If you need your Hvac repaired or serviced look no further these are your guys!

Mike is the owner and he does excellent work. He is timely, reasonable, and gets the job done quickly. We’ve used him several times on our house, our rental houses, and our business. We highly recommend Quality Heating and Air.

We had a broken air compressor during an extreme heat warning. I called for an estimate and Mike came within the hour to assess the situation, provided a very reasonable quote, and had my air up and running the next day. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Today is the second time Mike has helped me with my heating and cooling problems and I can't say enough good things about his service. I especially appreciate his awareness of Covid 19 safety protocol. He has the proper PPE and even sanitizes the work area when he's finished with the job. His prices are more than fair and he will go out of his way to make sure you're happy with his service. I've been in the AV since 1991 and have used all the "big guys" over the years. Quality Heating and Air Conditioning is definitely a step up from any service I've had in the past.

During this Labor Day weekend on Saturday around 4Pm our AC stop working. While temperatures were over 💯 that week. I assumed every buddy was closed for the holiday. So we closed all the Curtains and turned off lights But the temp inside got up .to 93 ﾟF so I started calling around on the 6th and some companies were a month away for appointments. Then i Called Quality Heating and air conditioning and spoke to the owner he was so understanding and so caring and said he to was fully booked but said after 6pm he would come. Within 2min he said it's your Capacitor after the fix he stay to make sure the air temp inside was 20 degrees lower. Sorry for this long review but I wanted you to understand how desperate we were.

Mike came to my house right on time. I made the appointment for routine maintenance on my HVAC. I was pleasantly surprised when they said everything looked good. I’m used to serviceman telling me I need to spend more money. They were very friendly, courteous and competent. I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend their services!

Mike and Chris were great, professional and friendly. They came in with their mask and i appreciated that. They checked our AC unit and explained the problem and fixed it. Thank you for your great service . We will definitely contact them again if we ever have any problems and would recommend them to our family and friends.

I have to say Paula, is such a sweetheart on the phone, but when their two technicians came out to my house, one of them lied to me, said he installed a brand new capacitor, and when the other two companies came out right after him, they tested it and it was bad. Mind you he did not charge me even though I said, what do I owe you? My AC unit was no good at all. I have the names of the technicians, I am not going to name them. The same technician said, he would have my estimate for a whole new AC unit, coil, everything, by the end of the day. I looked for their email all day and night, never received it, found out the next day, Paula said, he has no knowledge or right to give an estimate. They were the first company to come out to my home out of 3 companies. They were the last to provide an estimate, and when I did get it, emailed to me, it is so unprofessional, not itemized, nothing, so beware of this company! 😊 Might give you a cheaper price, but I would be careful, you get what you pay for!

Absolutely fantastic service. It’s difficult to find HVAC services that is reasonable in price, experienced in the service people, and thoughtful in their assessments but Mike arrived on time and even in the call before hand when I described the problem I had arrived at a conclusion and he knew exactly the problem as I described and assured me.

It was an older furnace system and because of previous issues and a lot of the construction on the apparatus I was so worried about dealing with a very expensive repair but despite how scary the problem looked, Mike dealt with the issue with the greatest professionalism and calm and had all the tools to make sure that not only was the problem fixed but future issues of a similar nature are now reasonably protected from escalating and I have peace of mind. How much he was able to do for me was amazing. I had been told things by previous repair people but Mike and his experience directed me towards the truth. I’m so grateful that I called and hopefully I won’t have a problem for a while but I know that I can rely on this company. Turned a very scary week into absolute relief. Thank you so much!

I can't recommend Quality Heating and AC enough! We live up in the mountains in Bear Valley Springs, CA near Tehachapi and this past holiday season we got a huge snowstorm that took out our power and blew out our furnace. Mike was the only person who was willing to make the trek out to us in the still bad conditions. He was a trooper, but he also was a ringer for what he does - he was able to narrow down what the problem was through pictures and came totally prepared. He fixed the problem very quickly, our heat was restored and his pricing was more than fair. And all of this on New Year's Eve! On top of everything, Mike is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Very easy to do business with. Can't recommend him enough. Don't hesitate if you need work done to your heating or AC units. Quality Heating and Air is the full package! We will always be grateful. Thanks Mike!

I called Mike at Quality in the morning and he and his crew showed up that afternoon in the time frame he indicated. My A/C unit had an issue with the blower cutting in and out - they did some trouble-shooting and determined that my blower motor and capacitor were bad. They replaced the blower motor and capacitor in a thoroughly professional manner and did a great job of cleaning up. I really appreciated that Mike took the time to explain what they were doing and how they determined what the problem was. The work was done at a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend this company. Thanks for a great job Mike, Rolf and Eric !

HVAC unit was installed 2 years ago and has intermittent heating problems where the unit shuts down and won't produce heat during the winter ever since the installation.

5 year labor warranty apparently doesn't mean anything. While they initially came out to look, "nothing was wrong" every time. I have attempted to contact Mike (the owner) multiple times over the last few months and have yet to get any further response. As far as I can tell, he did not engage the manufacturer to solve the problem. He wanted me to spend money on a different thermostat that didn't resolve the problem. I had to call a different service and they charged me $1k for sheet metal to address a lack of airflow and also found a burnt circuit board in the unit. I will be contacting the state license board to put in a formal complaint.

As of writing this, the CSLB website shows his license is suspended for failure to comply with Workers Comp.

I want to start by my initial phone call. Paula was such a pleasure to speak with and seemed very concerned about our company's air conditioning not working. We have a staff of about 40 employees and needed it fixed immediately. She was able to send a rep out to us within hours. Now Mike, cant find guys like this anymore. His personality was great, he was very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. He had our A/C up and running in less than an hour. The price was very fair. I highly recommend to anyone that needs quality service.

I wish I could give Quality Heating and Air Conditioning 10 Plus STARS. We are absolutely impressed and thankful for their services. Our AC went out and we were struggling keeping the house cool. As soon as I talk to Mike he instructed me of what to do in the meantime, before he could arrive to our house. Where do I begin? First and foremost, the Quality Team are very impressive with their follow up and very informative. We needed a whole new air conditioning system and we’re hesitant to just go through anyone because we’ve had bad experiences before. Mike definitely changed that. Extremely fair pricing and lives up to the company name ‘Quality’. His work was very clean, well done, and fast for it to be just him. I was impressed. Very friendly and kind. I will recommend him to anyone & will continue my business only through him!
