This company did not show up when it said it would. They did not call to reschedule. I've tried to leave a message but their mailbox is full, so it allows you to leave your phone number, which I've done 4 or 5 times, no return call from them. I've had it with this company. I give NO star rating, but the only way I can post this is to give it one star, which they don't deserve.

The manager of the company is a very responsible person, I got a good price for the air conditioning equipment and very responsible, he installed it for me the day he promised to do it, I also know the guarantee he gave me, really splendid

The so called technician had no clue what he was doing. Instead of trying to diagnose the problem, he just walked around with a flashlight and took pictures of my exceptionally messy house. (LOTS of toys everywhere because of my 5 year old and many boxes of books that my wife sells.) The complaint was of a burning ozone smell coming from the vents. After running the heater for an hour and confirming the smell coming from the vents he left and said the smell is coming from the clutter in my house. Anyone that knows the basics of electricity knows that the smell of ozone comes from an electrical overload somewhere in a circuit. I've been certified for HVAC for MANY years, and never have I seen such disregard for a potentially dangerous situation for a family. I strongly recommend against this company for the safety of your family and loved ones. They're wannabe technicians don't know squat.

Excellent experience with Eric. When my dog chewed my wires and my AC didn’t work, he came to the rescue. Very affordable. We are definitely going to use him for our AC system replacement.

Today it is over 110° here in Valencia. Wow am I ever glad I had them do my air ducts and Air Conditioning. The house is cooler than it has ever been and it is hotter than it has ever been. I have lived here for over 20 years in this house and it is such an improvement. They changed out the air ducts and increase the size of some of the tubes to give better airflow and replace the vents to get better direction into the rooms. It works! I have waited a few months to see if my electric bill dropped compared to previous years. It definitely has dropped and is much more effective. They are very responsive, caring and did a great job. Their prices are very competitive to top brands 👍🖖
