Our AC broke when it was 114 degrees outside, and we were desperate for help. Stephen came out promptly and did a quick diagnostic. I was fearing the worst since I have an older unit, but he told me it was just a fuse that needed to be replaced. The total cost was less than $300. He even went the extra mile and hosed down the unit outside for better AC performance. Very professional, friendly, and honest service. I will definitely use his service again in the future and refer him to all my friends.

I own a few properties in the area and after reaching out to multiple companies I was pleased to have come across this one. Islam was my point of contact. He was very professional, and knew what questions to ask to create an accurate quote for the installation of a new furnace and duct work. He and his team came in and completed the job with-in a few hours. They stayed around until they were sure the furnace was working correctly. Islam also followed up with me a few weeks later to see how the furnace was running. I have other properties that will need both a furnace and water heater installed. I will most definitely be reaching out to this company as long as the customer service and price remains as good as it currently is.

Zion Custom Air was quick in responding to my service request with some problem with AC water leakage in the bathroom ceiling.
Service performed: the primary condensation drain line was clogged. They removed the condensation drain line and cleared the obstruction. The drain was reconnected, and the system was operated to ensure proper functionality. Thanks for your service.

Our AC unit finally gave up after 25 years, so it was a challenge to find anybody that could repair or replace our unit. I’m retired, so I’ve dealt with a variety of home repair specialist in the past, but often enough depend on referrals or reviews online to find a worthwhile person to hire. Zion Custom Air was referred to us by a neighbor. I thoroughly checked their reviews online and called to set-up an appointment. Stephen came out and gave us a quote to replace a bad compressor, however we felt replacing it was a temporary fix at best. He also recommended using that money towards replacing the HVAC system in our home. We decided to go with the latter. He offered a variety of choices that were comparable, if not better than others we had received. Stephen and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. They were punctual, courteous and professional throughout the process. Stephen was very communicative and addressed any concerns or questions we had beforehand and during. They are undeniably one of the best crews we have hired. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Mike came out the very next morning after I called (on a Sunday morning) and had my broken A/C repaired in minutes. He charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone and was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

I couldn’t be happier with my new heater and air conditioner that was just installed by Quality heating and cooling. Mike the owner does excellent work and he’s the best price of all the estimates that I got by a large margin and he installed a quality furnace and air conditioner. Furthermore he’s a good Christian man and a honest contractor!
