Michael is a great resource in a time where it’s easier to buy new things instead of fixing them. He fixed my dryer in under 30 minutes and he is definitely someone I will call again if any appliance needs to be looked at. Here is a picture of my dryer working without issue.

Repairbest is a wonderful appliance service. I have been with them for 5 years since 2021. Michael the owner is super nice, trustworthy and honest about the cost of repairs. Michael is candid about the repairs. This means if the appliance is worth fixing, then he will repair it. If not he will tell you the honest truth about your appliance that being repairable. Additionally, he is prompt and notifies you when he’s on his way.
When I need an appliance repair, I call him first before purchasing a new appliance. He has worked on my Mom’s refrigerator which will last for another 15-20 years and her Kitchen Aid dishwasher dishwasher which required a dispenser repair because I turned the knob the wrong way. Michael looked at my washing machine of 28 years and stated that he couldn’t fix it and today he fixed my 17 year old GE Profile refrigerator which will last another 10-15 years. I have never called him back after he repaired my appliances. He comes once and works his magic and my appliances are repaired. When I have another appliance that needs repair, I call RepairBest.

I chose this business based on its many positive reviews. I called to schedule an appointment, and they were able to come out the very next day.
Michael inspected my machine and determined that it was not level. He adjusted it using the built-in leveling screws and told me there were no other issues.
While I was aware of and agreed to the $40 diagnostic fee, I was not informed of an additional $60 minimum repair fee at any point during the visit. I was charged a total of $100 for leveling the machine, which was unexpected, as the additional fee was never explained beforehand. What’s most frustrating is that the problem remains.
