Constraction reviews in Pasadena, California

They were very helpful cleaning up my house. Making sure that all the paperwork work requested by my house insurance was done in timely manner. Frequently communicating what was happening with my case.

We needed a small amount of wood floor cleaning in a tiny South Pasadena condo. The stains were deep, old and ugly. Jon came in, cleaned, and left a much, much better looking wood floor. He was careful not to waste time, and he charged only for the time he spent actually cleaning. The price seemed quite reasonable to us. We'll definitely use Heaven's Best Wood Floor Cleaning services again.

I have used Heaven's Best Hardwood Floor Cleaning services in Pasadena and I was impressed on how professional and quick they were. The first time I used them I didn't even have an appointment. I called them at the last minute and they worked hard to squeeze me in. Not only was the job thorough, but he was very nice and got my wood floors cleaned so quick. I found them on Google and now I will use them all the time. They are that great!

Great Job!
We wanted the wood floors cleaned before we moved into our recently purchased resale home so we found Heaven's Best Hardwood Floor Cleaning services on Google. Two of the rooms had very light colored floors which needed special attention. Mike and his crew did a great job! The wood floors are beautiful, even the light colored ones. They were fast and professional. If you want your expensive wood floors cleaned properly then give these guys a call. We highly recommend them!

I have called this company three times and left messages and finally went to the address on Colorado Blvd and they do not exist there. I called again and left a message indicating that I had not found them and they still did not call back so I am left with nothing to say except that this is not a real company.

Rapid Response and Great Service .
Thanks to Heaven's Best for their rapid response , My family and I went on vacation and came back to find our house flooded . I looked up on Google to find a company that does tile cleaning work, I called and spoke to Jon who immediately got someone to call me and get the work started . The tech Ross showed up and was able bring my house back to pre-loss condition . I highly recommend Heaven's Best Tile and Grout Cleaning of Pasadena , they're honest and very reliable . Thanks gyus for all your hard work , I would not use anyone else !

Green Ladder Roofing did an excellent roofing job at my residence. I interviewed 7 companies and it was so complicated, they wanted to sell me what they wanted and all were very expensive. I also felt pressure during the interviews. Green Ladder instead made it easy, 1-2-3 steps, great process all throughout the project, always on time. They answered every question and followed my order of product and finishing details. I picked presidential shingles which made my house look like newly remodeled. California just had a big storm in March and it was a wonderful experience the roof resisted the heavy rain without a problem. I highly recommend their professional services!!! Thank you very much Green Ladder Roofing !!

The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. They were courteous and respectful of my property, taking care to protect my landscaping and clean up after themselves. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, my new roof looks fantastic and I have peace of mind knowing it will withstand even the toughest weather conditions.

Green Ladder Roofing did a fantastic job repairing a leak in our tile roof and cleaning it just before we put our home on the market. Mark Alcala was our main contact throughout the process. He made sure the work met our expectations and provided a thorough completion report that we can share with the new owners. The crew that came out to our house was professional, friendly, and conscientious. I appreciate the quality of work Green Ladder Roofing provides and the cost was reasonable.

Excellent service and great people. The team worked quickly, did quality work, and made sure everything was done right. I’d definitely hire them again!

From the very first call to the final shingle laid, The Green Ladder Roofing Company delivered excellence with integrity, precision, and genuine care. In a world where good service can feel like a relic of the past, this team showed me what true professionalism and craftsmanship still look like.

Every step of the process was communicated clearly, and not once did I feel left in the dark. They answered all my questions with patience and expertise, never rushing, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend!

Green Ladder Roofing and Waterproofing is a great company to get you roof services done. They do there best to give you what you want and workers work very hard for that.

A few hiccups during the process, but the team addressed our concerns each time and wanted to ensure we were happy with the final result. They did some damage to our AC covering, but said they would fix it. I like that they offered a warranty for their work and I believe they care about the quality. They would benefit from a little more professionalism.

I'm a contractor and Green Lander is the best roofing team! They're professional and dedicated to what they do! I'm already recommending them to all my clients!
