I found Green Ladder on social media, and decided to give it a try...
let me tell you, they're just as good as they appear in their posts. Reasonable price and excellent work. They are very communicative and answer all questions.

I initially was very overwhelmed with how I thought the whole process would be but I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort that was put into providing me with a clear understanding of everything from the beginning. I’m very happy with the results. The roof looks great and holds up perfectly even after heavy rain. Great value, great communication, and overall a very professional experience.

Just bought my first home last month and after one good rain, I noticed a leak. Jesse and Irvin came through fast — had everything checked out and fixed within a couple days. They even pointed out some hidden damage I never would’ve caught. Super professional and actually care about their work.

I called around to a bunch of companies, and most made things sound complicated or too pricey. Green Ladder Roofing was the complete opposite. They handled everything, from financing to cleanup, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The roof came out so clean and well done that it feels like a brand-new house

I'm an old-school person and rarely trust new companies. I decided to give Green Ladder a chance because it was among the top search results online, and I don't regret it. I really liked their way of working and the result of my project.

David and Eric were just wonderful to work with. They took all the stress out of getting my roof replaced and even helped me figure out financing that fit my budget. The new roof has such a nice, sleek look. I can’t stop staring at it every time I pull into the driveway.

I live in Arcadia and I had struggled with a number of roofing companies where they would not call back or ghost me after making appointment. However Mark Anthony was very helpful and prompt from estimate to scheduling and completion of roof repair work. In addition, workers were very careful and cleaned up loose nails and debris after the job. Two thumbs up.

The quality of workmanship was exceptional. They used durable, eco-friendly materials and advanced waterproofing techniques that not only fixed the leaks but also improved the overall lifespan of my roof. Thanks to the company I do not have to go spend another millions of dollars for a rooftop. I've had a good number of broken concrete shingles on my roof due to various causes. After receiving a few estimates from various roofers in the area, David's estimate, along with his professional approach and a thorough explanation of all of the issues resulted in my wife and I choosing him for our project.
His crew showed up on time and completed the job expeditiously and smoothly. David's crew also thoroughly cleaned up all of the debris from the roof and the surrounding area. My roof now looks great and wholesome. Thank you Green Ladder Roofing for making this project a smooth and trouble-free one. I'll definitely recommend Green Ladder Roofing for anyone who wants a fair price and superb service.

My wife and I contacted 3 different roofing company for quotes. Despite having a higher price than the other 2 companies, we were most impressed with the quality and thoroughness of their inspection report and quote. It contained images, comments, and notes from the inspector as well as cost breakdown. Mark Anthony, the project manager, was also diligent and followed up with us. He was very patient through out the negotiation process and the delay in our response. He answered all of our concerns and ensured us they will be addressed. Our main concerns were with the debris that may fall into our attic, since our house didn’t have plywood installed and the demolition process would remove all of the shingle layers down to the roof frame. Mark also agreed to include fixing up our leaking patio roof and minor patches to the chimney as part of the work included.

Come work week, the entire tear down and replacement were done over 3 days: tear down, plywood installation, and finally underlayment and shingle install. The demo crew showed up at 9am on the scheduled day and completed the full tear down of 3 layers and clean up by 3pm. There were at least 10-15 guys on the roof working non-stop. The debris around the house was completely cleaned up beside the ones fallen into the attic. When Mark came by to check on the progress, I asked him if there was anything he could do and he reassured me it will be cleaned. The next day, a member came by to remove as much debris as he could before the install crew arrived. I was satisfied.

The plywood install crew showed up at 7:30am the next day to start on the plywood install and finished by 4pm. On the last work day, the GLR team showed up at 7:30am again and completed the full install by 5pm. I got to meet with the owner, David Reyes, on the last day. He was a very hands on and knowledgeable. We had a nice chat about roofs and he recommended other contractors we were looking for.

I was very impress with the quality of the GLR crew. The professionalism and workmanship is top notch along with good warranty. Also important is their attention to customer concerns and efforts to accommodate/address those concerns.

For anyone who is looking for a roofing contractor, I highly recommend reaching out to the Green Ladder Roofing team. Your house will be the best looking on the block after the roof install!

I recently hired Green Ladder Roofing for a full roof replacement, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional and transparent in every step of the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Los Angeles area for a reliable and top tier roofing work.
