We have many unreachable bay windows in our 3-story home, as well as multiple patios and lawn areas with glass-panel walls. I found Big Wave Windows in a Yelp search and they had many great reviews so I called for the free estimate appointment. They were able to book an appointment quickly and came back a few days later to start the job. Zack was friendly and professional and the result was sparkling clean windows and screens for an affordable price. Their communication before, during and after the service shows they really care about their employees and clients. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future.

Big Wave Window did a great work for us. It was the first time we were using their services and there were quite a lot to do. Carson was very friendly and has been very efficient. I will definitely use them again.

I made an arrangement to have our windows cleaned. We were set up for June 20, 2025 1:30-2:30. They never showed up, they never contacted me and Jack doesn’t response to text messages. If their work crew has been picked up, then let your clients know. Very unprofessional.

Victor from Big Wave Windows arrived on time and worked several hours to turn our tired and dirty windows into sparking ones! He was pleasant, helpful and thorough. The reservation process with Jack was efficient and the pricing was reasonable for the value. Highly recommended!

We had new windows installed in our office. The contractor left all of the stickers, markings, and dust on them from the installation process. Carson did a great job cleaning all of the items listed above off of the windows. I called another window washing company before Big Wave Window, and they told me that they would not remove the stickers if they came out to clean. I am glad that I gave Big Wave Window a call, and I would recommend them. Thanks.

Victor from the Big Wave Window company did an excellent job of cleaning the inside/outside, as well as the screens, efficiently, in a timely manner. Cristofer and his crew cleaned our solar roof panels and got all the debris from the high winds out from underneath each panel. They were very nice and cleaned up completely! The company is also very communicative via text. I recommend.

Big Wave Windows installed holiday lights in my front yard for the first time this year. 2 very tall palm trees and many small ones. They framed them & the roof well. Clay removed them carefully and left the front yard in good shape.

Andrew did a great job power washing the house and then cleaning all the windows. He got into the nooks and crannies to make sure it all looked good.
And it was easy to set up an appointment, get a quote etc which just made the whole experience easy. Will definitely use again. Very professional!
