Beatriz and Cristian were friendly, detailed in their work, and efficient with the time at the house. MaidPro went out of their way to find a team to clean the house at a last minutes notice, before a party. Highly recommended.

MaidProPasadena is The Best Home/Office Cleaning Services I have ever used.
The owner of the company Susana Castro was very professional and paid attention to every detail while explaining how and why they used different cleaning supplies/tools in different areas of my house, and how specific the Company’s Training program of their employees was, something I have never seen other cleaning companies do.
I was very impressed and surprised at how amazing my house looked after Tonya used her magic skills cleaning it. Tonta was also very efficient, respectful and polite.
This was my very first experience with MaidPro Pasadena, and I will not use any other company from now on.

Susana at MaidPro is the epitome of a professional, and she hires top notch employees. In particular, we've had Caro clean on three separate occasions (1 deep, moving clean, and 2 standard cleans), and every time she does an amazing job. Recently use MaidPro for one-time service and they sent Andrea. She was patient and was willing to try and do the tasks asked of her. Having an older apartment also entails older appliances like a wall heater, vintage oven stove, and unfinished wood. Andrea was helpful and communicated to her supervisors the requests I had. The office kept in touch and let me if the situation ever changed. They also made an accommodation for heavy duty tasks that needed special care. I was happy with the services they provide and know who to call if I need help like this again. They also have recurring scheduling if you're looking for that. Thank you for your help and services!

I sent MaidPro services as gift to my daughter and son-in-law in Pasadena. They were thrilled with the results. Susana did an excellent job. She has high standards and gave great attention to detail. I've used MaidPro since June 2021 and so far I am very impressed with the quality of work. Betty has done a wonderful and awesome job each time - she's very detailed at her work and takes pride in really making sure the home unit is literally pristine. The customer service in providing communication is also evident.

Overall having your home professionally cleaned is a great experience - a must try for those that haven't used the service yet.
