I hired Big Wave to put lights on our 3 oak trees.
They did a fantastic job and it looks great. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Thank you for a perfect installation of our shadecloth on our patio overhang. Not something they normally do but I was desperate & they made it happen. Carson was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable & polite. He & Logan were great to work with. Thank you, Chai, for all your help too. This company went above & beyond! This is my second time using Big Wave Windows cleaning service. I had a great experience both times. The company is always efficient and professional. They make it super easy to schedule an appointment. Most recently Andrew did an interior and exterior window cleaning at my house and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time around using Big Wave. Had Victor come through this year to install Christmas lights. He and his guy did a great job! My kids love having the lights. Looking forward to having them back for some finishing touches.

Once again, Big Wave Window provided me with excellent service and windows that sparkle and shine.

I live in a three-story condominium that also includes a master bedroom window on the roof. Accessing my unit's higher windows is no easy task, but my serviceman Victor got the job done and did it very well.

I would recommend this business to anyone who values clean windows that serve their intended purpose - letting the light shine through!

Victor also cleaned my screens and windowsills, so he was THOROUGH, to boot.

always hesitant for home repair , this would be our third service with big wave window and this is maintenance i cannot recommend enough . after the fires last January , i really should've done this sooner . Andrew from big wave made the experience all the more easier , rapid & intelligent . he pointed out small concerns after the appointment was completed which totaled about 30 minutes for a two story 4000 sq ft property . from here on out , bi-annual . a small price to pay for sure .

Cris & Amber were our team. I’ve used big wave before so a return client. They not only did a sparkling fast job on the exterior windows —- they also waited ten minutes for me as I was late. I so appreciated that. The entire home is circled in floor to ceiling window glass so it’s crucial to keep up w it.

Blue Wave is easy to reach and schedule an appointment for a quote and they are very prompt on arriving on time. The service people are respectful and pricing is far. They arrived on time and did a good job on my roof. They cleaned as you never know they were here!

Never again. I previously used Big Wave Window to clean the windows, screens, and solar panels on my home, built in 1939. The technician carefully numbered all the screens and windows so the screens would be correctly replaced. Everything was done expeditiously and throughly. This year…totally different story. First they told me they were running late, then they canceled their appointment due to issues with their morning job. A team of three showed up on time to the rescheduled appointment. Unfortunately I do not remember their names. They did not number the screens and did not do a good job replacing them. I discovered that some were missing the little latches, some of the latches were broken, a bracket holding one screen at the top was missing and the screen was not in place, other screens were clearly in the wrong window, a bathroom screen was bent and clearly not replaced properly (see pictures). I did not discover this until the evening when I opened the windows to enjoy the night air. I had already paid for the job. I texted them immediately with photos to show the issues. They were here 6/23. It is now 7/5. Since notifying them I have had 2 extremely unpleasant conversations with Cris, the team leader, who accused me of being rude and uncooperative because I could not be home for the “only time he had available”. I have spoken to their office requesting to speak to the owner and was told he would call, which he hasn’t. I have purchased more latches and moved the screens that I could manage. I can not replace the missing bracket myself as I do not have a tall enough ladder, so now if I open the window I am inviting bugs in. So much for their mission: “The mission of Big Wave Window is to be a premier five-star window cleaning agency. This is achieved by treating each of our clients like family, our spotless attention to detail, and by going the extra mile.” Never again.

When I walk into my home after Claudia has been there, it’s like walking into a five star hotel! It’s beautifully clean and it’s spotless! The house always smell amazing! Claudia is wonderful to my children, loves my dogs, and leaves her whimsical touches throughout our home! Swan towels… she’s above and beyond!!!!

Susana's team did a great job with our house. They did a particularly good job with the windows (inside and outside), which a lot of cleaning companies won't even do. They're Great!

I was a customer of MaidPro for a full year, experiencing no fewer than six of their maids across two different residences, so my review is thoroughly qualified, and it’s with a heavy heart that I get honest about the nature of this company after giving them an opportunity to make things right.

The most difficult part about finding a cleaning service from my experience is consistency, and I thought MaidPro was an exception but unfortunately they are not.

The only two so-called “pros” I had who did an exceptional job were Aby and Thelma, one quit, the other was fired for falsifying her in/out time.

A payment card which I requested in writing that they remove was fraudulently charged, the best they could offer was a cash refund but given the fact that it was a credit card I would have to pay that amount twice.

The last cleaning I had left a toxic substance in my unit that caused physical harm to myself and my pet, additionally nothing was cleaned aside from the kitchen sink in two hours. A refund was provided for the two hours of service charged for, but the service was such a massive drop off in the quality they started in, this just wasn’t enough.

Between fraud on the payment side of things, to secrecy between the employees and management, to the total disdain that management handles complaints, whoever acquired this franchise needs to overhaul the management and employees from top to bottom.
Lily specifically ought to pursue a new line of work, she lacks the ability to hide her resentment towards all the customers she serves.
If you like to gamble and you’re looking for a cleaning service where you have a 50/50 chance of getting a good experience then look no further.

Amanda and Vicky were thorough and took care with my home. The house looked fabulous when they finished! I was very satisfied, and my requests were followed exactly… such as focus on wood floors, baseboards, no wax or polish on those, etc. Well done!

I love coming home to a sparkingly clean apartment. Today I benefited greatly from Blanca & Cristian’s work. My place smells fantastic and is so orderly. It’s such a wonderful feeling coming home after the pros have been here.
