With Holidays coming, house definitely needs deep cleansing. Found MaidPro online, already read lots of good reviews. Called the same day, appointment was provided the very next day. Needed services for kitchen stovetop, oven cleaning, bathroom tile and floor, etc. The grease in the oven and stovetop and bathroom floor mold was extremely difficult to remove by myself, thank goodness MaidPro Susana herself and Thelma and Cristen—who have been nothing less than a real Pro! Under four hours they have been able to remove all the dirtiness, return my house to brand-new clean! The bathroom floor and tile is shining! Really happy with their excellent, professional cleaning services—we would recommend anyone to try them out. No disappoints! (:

Last Tuesday, 5/23/23, I was delighted to meet Susana from MaidPro Pasadena. I found Susana to be highly professional and knowledgeable. Susana listened carefully and provided great feedback. As an added bonus she is a lovely and kind person.
With Susana came Cristian and Thelma. I could not have been more pleased with the two of them. They have been well trained and prepared by Susana and they knew exactly what to do. Cristian and Thelma work beautifully together. They focus on their tasks at hand and did not need any additional supervision. I was pleased by some of the creative solutions they came up with.
In the past I had a very bad experience resulting in a reluctance to trust and move forward. Because of Cristian and Thelma, under the support and guidance of Susana, I feel comfortable and confident that I can trust again and welcome help into my home.

Abigail was fantastic! I looked at a few different cleaning companies before making a decision, MaidPro had a positive online presence and was extremely responsive to my request. We were looking to have 3 full bathrooms cleaned in our home, because we never had them professionally cleaned when we moved in. Abigail made them SPOTLESS! Even the grout in the showers, I use fake tanner so it can oftentimes get stuck in the grout, it was completely removed and the shower was bright white again. Abigail was also working so diligently the entire time, she was kind and friendly as well. The estimate was 3 hours and it took exactly 3 hours so we were pleased with that as well. Transparent pricing, easy communication, great staff - highly recommend!

Betty, Graciela, Estefany and Beatriz did an amazing job for my son's little family in tackling their tiny bungalow impacted by our 2 year old granddaughter's joy. This was a birthday gift for mom and she was moved to tears about how beautiful everything looked. Thank you for I know what was a significant job. You attended to every detail and it was noticed, bringing relief and comfort. Susana, thank you so much for helping to manage the timing so kindly, quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend their service. It was extremely easy to book, they were very good at communicating. Their attention to detail when cleaning was exceptional. They exceed my expectations cleaning every nook and cranny. I have two small old dogs and they tried to work around them as they went room to room.
