This was my first time using Monkey Wrench for HVAC inspection. Ozzy explained the problem well with pictures and supervisor Joel promptly came to verify findings. Both were efficient and courteous. I am happy that I took Monkey Wrench's Home Protection Plan.

Had a great experience all around. Would have to say it was the most professional plumbing repair experience I’ve had to date. The dispatch was prompt, the quote process was through/honest, and the work completed by Rick/Chase/Omar was timely and very professional. No high pressure sales tactics or forcing the most expensive option. Lots of photos taken during the process and uploaded to my customer profile, which will no doubt help with any future plumbing issues that may come up. A definite recommendation.

I had a great experience with Monkey Wrench, specifically with Luis Munoz. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgable about all the different plumbing work that I needed fixed. He installed a tankless water heater as well as new sink and shower faucets, and he was able to show and explain to me in lay person terms what caused my various issues. Luis also kept me updated throughout each installation/issue and wasn't pushy about me having certain work done. He made sure to give me all my options and let me choose how I wanted to proceed. I will definitely be using Monkey Wrench again in the future and will be asking specifically for Luis.

I first scheduled an appointment online with Monkey Wrench for a Wednesday but when they called me to confirm they offered to come 2 days sooner. This worked out very well for us because our tankless water heater needed servicing sooner than my requested day, score! Ricardo was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will request him in the future for sure!

Excellent experience working with Enrique today. He was very professional and treated me with respect. He worked fast and fixed my leaking pipe. This company it top notch from when I set the appointment to leaving my home clean after the work was done. Highly recommend.

I needed a new gas line installed for fire pit but I needed it to be done ASAP because I was just about to start my backyard remodel and the line had to go in first. Monkey Wrench gave me an appointment for the next day and they were able to complete the job the same day, which was important as I was leaving town for the weekend. The crew worked until 9:00 pm to get the job done.

During the estimate process, Rick was professional and even was able to work within my budget. The process was painless and done the work done was done well. Monkey Wrench did a great job.

Sovann and his two colleagues went above and beyond during our furnace repair appointment. In addition to completing the scheduled work, they performed an air flow inspection. They found a broken strap and a crushed duct tube that was preventing proper flow. We really appreciated their expertise and also how quick and efficient they were in completing the repairs. I didn’t have enough cash to tip the guys, but they definitely deserve special thanks for a job well done!

Mike was very helpful. He didn't find anything on his camera in the pipes. He stayed and made sure that there were no other stoppages for our sinks and toilets. I was only charged for his transportation $49. Other companies were not able to accommodate me at the time and wanted to charge me before the work started. I trust this company!

On Demand water heater stopped working and was leaking water. I tried several plumbing companies but they were all booked up for days.
I went on Google and found Monkey Wrench.
Their dispatcher took my info and text me within a short time saying a tech was on his way with tracking info reflecting how far away he was and approximate arrival time. Rick arrived in about 20 minutes. He checked my heater for a repair but I told him I wanted it replaced. He showed me different models and their costs. I chose one
and he began work immediately. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable.
An assistant arrived soon to help. He answered all my questions and explained why he had to do certain things to pass code. After five hours of work he went over the installation with me. It always took forever to get hot water in the kitchen. He installed something under my kitchen sink that gives hot water almost immediately. We have never had much water pressure in the kitchen but he took care of that as well. I highly recommend the company for their work, staff and follow up communication.

Monkey Wrench plumbing did an amazing job. Omar is a great plumber and very knowledgeable and professional. He always was willing to work with us and answer all of our questions in regard to our water heater issues and water pressure issues. Problem fixed. Affordable, professional and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Monkey Wrench Plumbing Heating and AC is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a time where you’d need a plumber. I have used them multiple times. This most recently time I called them out for AC service. The technician, Chai, was very professional and explained everything to me. They even take picture along the way so you know exactly what they’ve done.

Rick Aguirre from Monkey plumbing installed a water conditioner unit and did maintenance on my two tankless water heater’s! He did a professional fantastic job for us! He was so fast and knowledgeable about everything! I will definitely ask for him again for any future project we decide to have done and for maintenance on our equipment. His personality was great he made us feel comfortable about doing this new project. He was kind and friendly too! Great company I will use them again and I have used them more than once inthe past years and they are consistent on their professional quality of work!
