This place has everything you need for your household plumbing needs, I was helped by Nick and even though im not a plumber he was patient with my needs and after three trips I had all the stuff I needed to complete my bidet upgrade! The store is well organized and clean and I saw a lot of professional plumbers there.

Super Duper Pros overcharges for a water heater installation, especially when it comes to extras like an expansion tank and city permit. They charge $600 for the expansion tank alone, which is unnecessary for an existing setup. If your old gas line has a settlement trap, they'll still hit you with another $400 to install a new one. This is a rip-off.

The delay caused by Super Duper Pros left my family without hot water for weeks - from February 6th, 2026, onwards. Initially, the company was unwilling to budge when I pointed out that an expansion tank wasn't required. However, after further investigation with the City of Lake Forest plumbing department, it turned out that installing one is optional.

Despite agreeing to waive $400 off the invoice, Super Duper Pros still tried to use safety and code regulations as a means to scam customers. Be cautious - they're using these tactics to take advantage of unsuspecting homeowners.
