I had a sudden water heater issue in the evening and was able to self schedule Monkey Wrench easily for next day service. The office contacted via email and text early in the morning at 7:30am to ask about issue details and assign me a qualified technician for same-day afternoon. Ruben came to my house on-time, took his time to diagnose, explain, fix, and went above and beyond to offer me seven options to repair or replace my old incorrectly installed appliances. I appreciated his deep knowledge in the water heater and filtration system space. The office works smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

It was just an overdue annual service but Gabriel explained what he was going to do before he even started! He as polite, professional and respectful. Most things were in good shape but he explained the couple items that needed to be address as well as some additional things that could extend or improve the life span or performance of our system as well as the possible expenses. This was our first experience with Monkey Wrench and we were very pleased. We feel confident recommending them to anyone that asks.

I loved working with Monkey Wrench Plumbing. My water heater wasn't functioning well, and they replaced it within 48 hours of scheduling the initial appointment. Installers Jose and Pete were prompt, friendly, and professional. They worked for about half a day, and their work was meticulous. The company sent a representative during the installation to check in with me and ensure everything was going smoothly. I had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Monkey Wrench to anyone.

Daniel replaced a defective outdoor outlet with a weather-resistant one and for extra protection surrounded it with silicone tape. Assisted by Andrew, he replaced a defective bathroom light switch with an updated one. Both fellows are knowledgeable, super-competent and personable.

Gabriel was super nice, and was careful to explain why accessing my condo roof was not possible due to company safety guidelines. I completely respect the policy. Asked for advice about my need for yearly maintenance and he said it is recommended.

Rick first came to my house to fix an old (17 year old) water heater which he got working. While here I spoke to him about replacement options. He is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different systems. In the end I had him install 2 tankless water heaters and a water purification system. Great install. Came on time. Stayed late to finish the same day and beautiful, clean installation. Would highly recommend and plan to use him again

Enrique was very professional and efficient at his work. Although this is the first time I’ve engaged Monkey Wrench and specifically Enrique, the way he worked in diagnosing the issue was methodical. Being an engineer myself, but this time around just an observer (while he worked on the Rheem unit) I would say his expertise is very evident - he’s definitely an asset to MW. Looking forward to having him back and finish the job full circle once the replacement parts arrive. Well done!
