I would use JD Plumbing again very good service. I would recommend them if you are looking for someone to do any type of plumbing work around the house. Prices are good work was done quickly and professionally and they were friendly.

When I first called Jason was quick to respond, which was great. He came out the same day and started promptly. His pricing was good for the job. There were a few hiccups along the way and after though.

Owner answered quickly but did not arrive at the time specified. First day tried to help with the services we requested but did not have time to finish nor did he have the right tools for the job. Arrived the next day, late, then mentioned he was sick. My husband had to tell him that he could not return. The owner did mention he had a “friend” who could finish the job. We were surprised and needed to finish our kitchen so with hesitation we allowed him to finish the job today. Friend showed up with his son and let’s just say we should have waited for another plumber with a much more reputable company. His son clipped our electrical and both pipes that were installed are leaking. We wasted $1000! Do not use this company, you will be ripped off.

JD came out on short notice and took care of a kitchen sink pipe leak on Dec. 30th in Woodcrest and was courteous , professional and the costs was really reasonable for the services rendered!

We never called JD plumbing our neighbor did. She had thought it was her pipe leaking. Jason thought it was our other neighbor. Guaranteed us it was not ours even said he was so confident it wasn’t ours he would fix it for free if it was. Well it was ours. We felt obligated to let him finish what he had started. That was our first mistake. We have lived hear for 22 years the pipes have been here for 37my husband is not a plumber he has fixed 3 other leaks on our Main under the cement just like this one. it NEVER took him 4 nights and 7 to 8 try’s.
Jason was not experienced enough to do our main water line. 2” pipe runs 500” from our house down hill and up hill. He took on a job he was not qualified to do.
Kept repeating how much pressure there was. He started on a Tuesday on Friday by midnight we finally had water.try no water for 4 nights no shower, no toilet no water for brushing teeth, cleaning dishes wiping counters floors etc. I underStand each project can have a mistake or mishap. Jason never came at the time he said he would. He cut and glued this pipe 7 times or more. Each time did Not work. One time he even cut a hole in another area in the same pipe. Each time he had to repair his mistake he had to go to the store to buy a part. Again not every plumber has everything on their truck. But after the 2nd time it didn’t work a professional would have bought multiple parts for back up. Not Jason. Jason borrowed some of our tools, needed my husbands help each night at 11pm. He turned on the water once and our toilets were full of dirt looked like the Mississippi River. Faucet water was brown. We flushed 5 times all toilets. Then another leak. A professional like we have had in the past who worked on the same pipe 15’ above where Jason worked. Completed the project in less than a day with No dirt in my lines. After 4 nights of no water my pool could not be turned on since the water was below the strainer. My pool has algae, my grass and plants have started to die. My kitchen sink still does not work and the pressure is low. He told us he was hired to fix the leak and that’s what he did. He said he is not responsible for anything beyond that leak.let’s hope the pipe holds so the hole can be filled in and cement poured.
