From Ann in the office who answered all my questions, Tony the CFO who called and explained how it worked with the insurance company and all the plumbers who did the work. We all know plumber and leak detectors can be shady but one thing about Tony and his team is they don’t play that game. They do what’s right, what’s necessary, and what’s honest, and a rate that didn’t make me feel ripped off. Could not be happier with the service we received at our home. 5/5 stars. A True Hero in Our Time of Need – Thank You, Tony Falco!

We cannot express enough gratitude to Tony Falco, the owner of Accurate Leak Locators, for coming to our rescue during a very challenging time. While on his vacation, and despite having titanium in his knees, Tony went above and beyond to help us when we were in desperate need. Our family was unable to use our shower and kitchen because of a severely clogged pipe, and other plumbers told us the only solution was to cut into the wall, which would have been both costly and invasive.

But not Tony. He showed up with determination, spending 1.5 hours working tirelessly to clear the pipe that everyone else had given up on. Thanks to Tony’s incredible skill and persistence, our problem was resolved without needing to damage our home, and he saved us from the financial strain of further repairs.

We were living on a limited budget, staying in a hotel while the issue persisted, and Tony’s quick action allowed us to return to our home without the burden of additional expenses. Tony, you truly saved our family, and we are forever grateful.

God bless you, Tony Falco! You are not just a plumber, but a true hero who goes above and beyond for those in need.

This is my first time using Accurate Leak Locators and Plumbing. I was referred to them by a past employee. He said that they are the best in the business and Honest. I called them up and they came out in three hours. Every faucet, toilet and shower was not working. Absolutely no water was flowing from anything. We had no idea what the problem was, but between Tony and Anthony they were able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and effectively. Getting to work and clearing out all the drains, the toilets and the showers and even my washing machine. They did an amazing job. They are so And kind I cannot recommend them enough. If you ever have any Plumbing needs of any kind, please give them a call. You will not be sorry. They are honest, they explain what’s going on and let you know exactly how they’re going to correct it. It was a joy having them in my home. I knew that I was in good hands with them. First off Tony you're awesome! I had issues with a serious blockage. Called other plumbers that werent able to do it, but Tony came in and was able to handle it like a true Vet. Accurate Leak Locators can get it done. Plus they answer the phone.

I am very pleased with my experience with Accurate Leak Locators and Plumbing. That's because of the excellent customer service I received from the "A-Team": Anthony, Andrew, and Angel! Anthony came first to review the job and to walk us through the process. He was very thorough, very pleasant, and easy to work with. I enjoyed working with Anthony. Angel and Andrew were the technicians who came to complete the job. Andrew has been here before on a previous job, and was excellent. He was focused, efficient, and effective. He got the job done, and it didn't take long. Yesterday, Andrew and Angel came, and, again, both were very pleasant, very helpful, and did a fantastic job. I recently had a knee replacement surgery, and Angel was kind enough to remove boxes out of the way so that the job could be completed, running the new pipes into the garage. Plus, he was just an overall nice guy and very focused and efficient. Both he and Andrew were. I would not hesitate to work with Anthony, Andrew, and Angel again. They are an outstanding A-Team, and I know you will be just as pleased with their customer service and work as I was. I give them 5 out of 5 stars, and they will be our plumbing team for all our future plumbing needs.

Oscar and Gabe were just here to replace some aging copper piping to my shower. I would highly recommend these two for any plumbing issues you may have. They were prompt, clean, and thorough in their repair. The company always kept us posted with appointment timing and costs of repair. This is the best plumbing company I have dealt with in many years.

I recently had my home repiped through Accurate Leak Locators. I also replaced my hot water tank. They came with a team of eight and did the job in one day! The following day the walls were repaired and textured. Communication was excellent. Phone calls, texts, and emails kept me in touch with workers coming to my home. They were on time, did a good job, passed inspection, cleaned up, were always professional and courteous.

Accurate Leak Locators came up with a solution to fix our sewer lines without having to trench inside our house, which was the best news! They saved us a lot of money and headaches with their methods. They did a great job, worked efficiently and were communicative throughout the entire process. Would recommend them and use them in the future.

We are very impressed with A.L.L. and their crew. We had several leaks in our slab, they located the leaks and made repairs. We ended up going with a repipe and can't say enough about their professionalism and work quality. We were concerned about our insurance, being that we live in California, but they also helped dealing with the adjuster and we were able to get reimbursed for the initial cost. The office staff is also very pleasant and helpful. As a home owner you are always looking for good contractors to perform work. It's nice knowing we have a company for our plumbing needs.

Angel and Oscar were fantastic, we had them in for a pex pull job and they were not only extremely professional but very honest what we were quoted vs what we payed as actually less! Great experience and could not recommend them enough.

An expansive slab leak occurred at my family's home recently, and due to our insurance company and adjuster, we have been left in a grueling and unimaginable insurance limbo. As a consequence of our insurance's failings, lack of communication- and thereby miscommunication- became a large part of our relationship with Accurate Leak Locators and Plumbing towards the end; however, the moment the owner, Tony Falco, was made aware of our issue, he took it upon himself to make things right and was determined to resolve the problem. He is a man of his word.

In this, Tony displayed an incredible amount of integrity. He took accountability for things that were misconstrued, again almost entirely at the fault of our insurance company and their lack of communication, all the while presenting sincere concern and compassion for what my family and I have been forced to endure. I admired and appreciated his forthright and transparent character, even more so having lived through my family's current claim experience.

Oscar and angel did a great job and thru the whole process explained in detail what they were going to do. They were both respectful of our furniture and belongs.
