Accurate was the second leak detection company AAA called. The first company didn't find a leak, but it was there. Oscar told me he would find it, and he sure did. He was very personable and professional, explained everything as he did it, and showed me the leak on the wall scope. Good people. I highly recommend hiring them.

I can not say enough about the excellent work that Marcelino and Sean from Accurate Leak Locators did on my HVAC system in my home to repair a leaking coil and pan. Both were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both took the time to answer any questions that I had and explain what they had found wrong and what needed to be done to repair my system. I would recommend both of these two along with Accurate Leak Detectors to anyone that needed the services that is provided by them! Thank you for such great service!

**HOME OWNERS BEWARE**

My insurance company contracted Accurate Leak to fix our plumbing issue, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

1. **Miscommunication and Pressure Tactics**: From the start, there was a major miscommunication regarding the prices. When we informed them that we needed to speak to our adjuster for clarification, they resorted to harassment. They told my mother they would continue to call her until they got her credit card number. This aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable.

2. **Unprofessional and Aggressive Behavior**: On the first day of repairs, a new leak was discovered. Our contractor was present to translate for my mother, but the plumber became aggressive and got in our contractor's face, which was terrifying for my mother. Such hostility is not something any customer should have to endure.

3. **Lack of Communication and Abandonment**: On the second and final day, the plumber refused to communicate with my sister over the phone, even though she was there to translate for my mother. After resolving this issue, the plumber told my mom he would be working all day. My mom decided to run errands, trusting the work was underway. However, just 30 minutes later, I received a call from my adjuster stating that Accurate Leak had withdrawn from the job and left our property open and unsecured.

Their lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect towards my mother, which I can only describe as racism, has made an already difficult situation even harder. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. Avoid Inaccurate Leak at all costs.

Jerry and Ramon were right on time and very thorough on the job they did. I will definitely be asking for them to come back when the work has to get done. This is a temporary install, Thank you guys so much.

The repair man was kind and friendly knowledgeable and got jobs done my Repairs and diagnostics where done pretty quick Would recommend 100%

Accurate Leak Detectors were absolutely amazing in finding and locating a leak under the concrete slab. This problem was not going to be repairable without a complete demolition of the main floor. Justin and Tony came out to diagnose my plumbing issue. They were on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate their honesty and knowledge.

Please do not use!!!!! Were referred through AAA. Tech came up into our master bath yanking with full force of his body about 6 times, now the shower won't stop leaking. I called the owner and he said the tech never did that! My husband also watched him. We have video of them not checking to see if any of the water was working after they finished. They left huge holes without covering them with plastic, they didn't reconnect appliances. Absolutely ridiculous to not listen to what customers are telling you. He knew he was out of line and covered his butt. The tech said I refused to let him come upstairs which was absolutely untrue. If something goes wrong they will not believe you. Making a complaint with AAA and I will be filing a claim against their bond. Choose someone else.

Timeline incorrect, when they asked me to turn the valve on and off it was before they even went into the floor, not after, they had not started Jack hammering. Techs stated they lost the sound and couldn't hear it, they instructed me to turn it on and off about 10 times. I was in the middle of getting ready so I said I would just turn the water on and off the 10 times myself. I didn't say they couldn't go into the master bathroom at all, I was just in there at the time and I was not home when they finished nor did they call me so there was no instruction on flushing the water myself was given and also the kitchen wasn't flushed either and there was never any time I said I would do anything in the kitchen, so not sure how that excuse holds. The fixtures are old, but they were not leaking when they came and the cartridge was changed out 5 years ago and it doesn't change the fact that the tech absolutely wrenched on it. If it just needed to be flushed that could have been explained over the phone, coming back was the techs decision not my demand. Hose, washer and dryer were disconnected when they were here and not reconnected, techs left my front door wide open while eating lunch at their truck even though I asked them to do their best to keep the cats in. Owner did not offer an apology, still doesn't seem to understand what happened as he thinks the water being turned on happened after they completed the leak repair but they hadn't even started Jack hammering when this occurred. On the phone had the gall to say "I'm sorry youre so confused". My shower wasn't leaking before they came, it wasn't leaking after they left the first time, it started leaking after the tech yanked with full force pulling the hardware away from the wall upon his return. Disgusting way to treat people when your employee acted inappropriately and it was reported to you.

Angel and Oscar were prompt, friendly, and highly skilled. They took time to show me the repairs once completed. I highly recommend their services.

Great. The owner was concerned about my pipes being over 30 years and explained that he didn't want me to waste money on the knob fixing the problem. I chose to replace the shower valve. He was very helpful. The plumber showed me the picture of the pipes when they opened the wall. And the owner was right on point. Thank you for your honesty and all your employees. The people who answer the phone's in the office are so patient. As you can see I'm very pleased with this company you will be to.

Tony, Nick and Patrick went above and BEYOND for us. I will never use another plumbing company again. This company will be our go to for all plumbing issues. They are fair, trustworthy, will not stop until they find your issues and everything is fixed right. They don’t try to price gouge you for every nickel and dime you have!!

I had a leaky faucet that was repaired by Angel and Ray. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. I’ve used this company many times. They are great!!

Had a very good experience with Accurate Leak. All plumbers/techs who came to our home were friendly, professional and thorough. Office staff kept us informed of schedules and pricing, which was very reasonable. The owner Tony took extra steps to present and explain all options for repairs to a slab leak. We had additional work done to correct original 50+year old drain connections and are happy with the results. Highly recommend Accurate Leak Locators!

Oscar and Gabe were courteous and solved the drip from hot water valve installed in February when ALL Plumbing replaced hot and cold valves under kitchen sink. My kitchen has been under construction following the compression leak Andrew repaired. I was unable to use my kitchen until today when garbage disposal and under sink plumbing were being installed.
The installer noticed a very small drip of water from the hot water valve and suggested I reach out to you. I was so fortunate to get immediate help from the young lady who took my call. She found my service record, checked if anyone was in my area (San Dimas) and within a short time Oscar and Gabe arrived.
They did more then just tighten the valve, they ran water and did not stop until they found the root cause of the reappearing moisture. They resolved the leak and by redoing the copper connectors and tested again....all was good.
They brought joy to my day and had a great attitude and took on the challenge of the drip....
These guys work as a team and are great reps for ALL.
