Excellent plumbing pipe repair and valve replacement/service for upstairs master bathroom provided by Andrew and Angel! It was a pleasure working through the process with both technicians. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. They thoroughly explained the job process upfront, answered “all” my questions in simple terms, AND left the site clean.

Accurate Leak Locator Plumbing service, did a professional job. Ann in the office is very knowledgeable, patient in explaining & pleasant. Anthony who did my temporary hot water tank was also pleasant and professional, also left the work area very clean. Andrew & Angel who installed the new water heater were very thorough & did an awesome job. Andrew also took time to explain everything & double checked that all my plumbing was in working order.

After a slab leak, we were very fortunate our insurance adjuster was able to connect us with Accurate Leak Locators. My first point of contact was Ann who was incredibly helpful getting things scheduled and an absolute delight to deal with.
We had two people — Chris and then Tony — walk the job while we were out of town. Excessive? Absolutely not! The day the work started the team knew EXACTLY what they were doing and got straight to work.
The organization of the parts and equipment on the driveway was inspiring. Every person that showed up that day was positive, pleasant, and professional.
Tony Falco — the owner — is one of the most competent people I have ever dealt with. First impression was that he is a man of integrity who really knows his stuff.
Chris explained everything thoroughly and answered the myriad of questions my husband threw at him. His communication was top notch.
We walked away from the house that morning with the utmost confidence that the job would be done well. They did not disappoint!

Roy from accurate was an awesome plumber! He was here early, communicated excellently what was going on, and gotthe job done right. They fixed my broken shower pipes in my walls.Price was fair and I plan on using them from now on!

Gerald and Danny took great care of me in the beginning of the slab leak. Explained everything and were able to cap off the pipe so that I had some water prior to the repair. Angel and Oscar took over the final repair of re-routing the plumbing through the attic rather than having to jack hammer the slab. Angel did a great job, worked hard and was very personable.

Accurate Leak Locators responded at 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon, and even had their on call staff call me back after closing time to schedule leak detection for today, Monday!

Roy and Arturo were so quick and polite. They found our leak, did the insurance paperwork and left in less than an hour! It’s so great to work with a company that truly cares about customer service!

We had a slab leak at our commercial facilty and called a few local pumbers claiming they could find and fix it. They tried charging us to tell us that the job was over their heads.
Tony Falco showed up from Accurate Leak Locators. Found the leak in minutes and made a plan to begin the next day.
Not only did he come within 2 feet of the leak to start jack hammering, it ended up being over 4 feet under the slab! He not only found it, but he made a point to have me listen to what he heard. That made me feel very comfortable with proceeding.
Tony and his crew wasted no time with the repair. These guys were hustling!!
They started on Friday and had the leak fixed that night. Finished closing it up on Saturday and poured concrete even adding in rebar.
Our business was back to normal by Monday morning. They cleaned the entire area, and sent me photos updating me on every step.
When the invoice was sent it was slightly more than the quote. However, I was also sent many photos of the entire process and am confident it was worth every penny.
I would definitely recommend Accurate Leak Locators for any size job. Tony and his crew were professional, motivated, and honest with a touch of old school bad-assery.
