Our water bill went super high and Inland Dry Pro talked us through how to troubleshoot our issue and see where the leak might be coming from for FREE. From shutting off water main to the house main and understanding how the water meter works. They took half an hour out of their day and examined photos I sent via text and helped me figure out it was a leaking toilet. It’s so hard to find honest professionals these days that won’t charge an arm and a leg to even listen or take a look. I’ll be hiring these guys when I have more serious problems in the future!

Carl’s company Inland Dry Pro was a life saver for me and indeed provided real pro services to dry up my house assist me with the insurance claim and most importantly to do minimal damage to walls and cabinets while still being very effective to dry up the house in record time.

My house was up for sale and we had a hot water slab leak. We called Inland Dry Pro. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived. They had the different team members out to take care of the problem. Due to their quick response we had minimal damage. They put in the fans and humidifier and in 3 days it was done. Then in a few days later we had a cold water leak at the same access point. When we called them they told us to turn the main water off and they would be on their way.And they were. Again the same excellent service and minimal damage due to their quick response. I have never had such excellent service from a company in such at crucial time. And they are the nicest people, I highly recommend them and our house sold after all that. Had major water leak the bill was $720. Dale found it. Within 45 minutes, this guy is great at what he does. My water bill is back to normal $135.00 thanks Dale .

I spoke to Dale about an email I received from Rancho Water saying I have a water leak. He gave me instruction on how to figure out if the leak is inside or outside the house and how to do the color test to determine if my toilet is leaking. Followed his instructions and I was able to identify that 2 of my toilets are leaking. I adjusted the float and the problem was solved. Dale is a professional and a god send!

Dale happened to be in the area when I called. I had an irrigation leak I couldn't find. Dale found it within two minutes using decidedly low-tech equipment, a dousing rod of all things. Unbelieveable! He didn't even charge me. Great guy and fun to converse with. Highly recommend.

A seamless operation drying out the water damage from our hot water slab leak . Every member of the water mitigation team was personable and professional. They initially answered all questions and quickly responded to any additional questions we were worried about. They quickly and efficiently set up their 10 drying fans and 2 dehumidifiers. I highly recommend them for drying out your house.

Inland dry pro was very professional and honest we had a slab leak and they came out and were able to detect it and got right on it in tearing the whole area out that was effected and putting fan units in the area to dry the floor.
