I was late 1:30 minutes appointment is Tuesday this is not even a full load and they want me to come back Monday? Anyways there is no truck on these docks no one is waiting this place is basically worst then Walmart and cosco if you late.

Went to pick up a water heater needed space to haul new unit (had a trash bag with cardboard in it) midget comes out saying his trash is full clearly it wasn't, incompetent as he was he complained about being fined like it personally affected him, said to figure it out then come back, what a clown. The rest of the Fergie crew is dope though.

I visit several Ferguson stores a week as a service plumber. The Perris branch is consistently the worst customer service, longest waits and least helpful. It’s a 45 min stop compared to about 15 minutes at all other branches. I dread having to by material here as time is money. I hope the management reads these and makes some necessary changes.

Worst Fergusons I've ever dealt with. Either they can't get to the phone, act like your order isn't important, don't call back even if you do leave a message or don't follow through on what's requested. Save yourself the headache and contact any of the other ones in the area and have it shipped to them if that's your closest supplier.

Great customer service. Needed a solution for an issue going 1" 1/4 pex to 1" pvc. Expansion tool for the pex is too costly. No shark bite fittings available at any Ferguson branch. Salvador was able to find a part to help me out. Was able to get the homeowners water back on same day. Thank you!!

Bought from this location a general pipe cleaners mini jetter, customer service with GPC was very unprofessional and the local rep ghosted me on the machine defecting.I will never buy a GPC product ever again and will tell others about my experience with GPC. Sal the manager at fergeson took care of the situation and made things right. I will not hesitate to continue to do business with fergeson especially this location. Thanks again Sal!

If i could leave no stars I would !! Terrible customer service ! Came @930 to drop off a load that only contained 2 pieces something told me when I went in the office and the lady’s helping me attitude would be a problem surely enough it was idk if they had me set to last priority because I’ve been waiting’s for 1 1/2 just for them to take 2 boxes I was tired for waiting so I went inside to tell the worker the issue but the big show was no help I even suggest them just open it up for me I can offload the 2 boxes he said no an that I wasn’t supposed to be in here ! They need to do better not everybody should have to work on there time ! Hour and 30 min wait for a 2 min unload unbelievable my appointment was @10 didn’t leave until 20 minutes to 12!!

Terrible experience with Julian. He works the counter and doesn’t like to help. Doesn’t seem to care, talks to you as if you’re stupid.
Doesn’t look you in the eyes when talking to you, customer service just sucks!!!! He needs some serious help with people skills
