Very organized fast and simple for a drop and hook, they have restrooms inside the shipping and receiving which is a big plus. Will definitely come here to pick up or deliver again. And definitely bringing my share of trucks.

We went there to simply get some pvc pipes for our pool filter and let me start by saying you can’t even find the counter area the is open to the public. We finally had to ask an employee at the distribution center where it was. Then we go in and they don’t have what we need and proceed to tell us they get supplies daily because the distribution center is right next-door then when they didn’t have what we need, we asked him if we can come back tomorrow and get it and they said no they can’t order it and they don’t even know how long it’ll take really you just told us everything‘s right next-door not to mention we’ve been here almost 40 minutes to get five pieces of PVC pipe. This is ridiculous. Next time my husband will be coming without me. There’s plenty of employees here and why they don’t have everything stocked is beyond me and then can’t even order it. What a joke.

Sal helps me with my parts and online orders. When I call Sal my order is always ready the second I step inside and it’s a quick easy process which helps us plumbers out a lot! Thank you!

Got these guys through my home warranty. If your home warranty sets you up with them, ask them to change the company. I've wasted enough time with this scenario that I don't even have the energy to give all the details.

The technician, John, was friendly and knowledgeable. All work was performed as advertised. My only complaint is that they don't install washing machine pans.

Better to try and fix the problem yourself, this company is a huge waste of time, no idea how they even still in business! They won’t show up to the appointment and hang up the phone on you when you call! Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with - Dianna was who hung up the phone on me so rude and unprofessional should be fired immediately

terrible terrible terrible. I used this guy to fix a burst pipe and someone came to fix and replace the pipes but didn't fix the problem. He left saying he was all done and i found water everywhere! the pipe was still leaking and he didn't even clean up after himself. sorry but this was a different level of carelessness

If your home warranty company assigns you this company DO NOT ACCEPT them. They will rip you off. They make up things to try and get more money from your warranty company and when the warranty company pushes back they leave the job undone.

This company is a SCAM! They say they can work on a certain system...they get to your house and then they say they can't do it...meanwhile...they get paid a service call fee. DON'T DO IT! Their tech, SEAN would NOT answer my calls when I had a question and then blocked my number! I waited 2 days for them to come out...for NOTHING! so very FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I strongly recommend you DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!!!!!!

Guess what happens when your phone person is surly? You get bad reviews. Thats probably why they do work for home warranties, there is no incentive to behave properly. I don't care what is happening in your life, no excuse for surly. Look at their Google and yelp ratings. Proof in the pudding.

My insurance contracted them to come do our repairs
1.Used excuses why they couldn’t to the repairs
2.Told us it would take almost two weeks to order a regular garbage disposal
3.Never answered or returned voicemails
Never had to deal with a company like this one. Don’t recommend this company unless your looking for the worst service!

Direct connection service people David, as well as Chris were very professional and extremely helpful during a very difficult situation. When are hot water heater burst. I would recommend them very highly to any of my friends and family.

My home warranty company hired DCP to replace my garbage disposal. ADAM, THE TECHNICIAN WAS AMAZING! QUICK, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews. They work mainly with warranty companies so beware of what is covered and what is not. They worked very fast and professional in the change of a water heater

These guys are horrible! They missed my first appointment, brought and installed the wrong size water heater, cursed in front of my child, all to find out I paid hundreds for a new water I didn’t need. I need a water pressure regulator that they are telling me I have to pay the service fee and everything all over again. Do not let them in your home they are frauds!!!

Plumber came to my house
yesturday. Broke my door frame when trying to leave in a hurry. We called the company who seems to be brushing us off and blames US for having a child safe chain across the door which was clearly in his face. Do not use these plumbers, they are not responsible and will brake stuff and run. Cowards!

they were engaged to repair or replace a bathroom faucet. they said they needed to order parts. they came out, charged $150 service call, and never showed up again. they said parts were back ordered. But, I called manufacturer and received the parts in 4 days. They are a terrible plumbing company.

Same story as most it seems. Used American Home Services. Paid $100 for them to come out get some of the work approved and the guy from this company did nothing. Says I have to schedule an appointment through warranty since he just came to look and didn’t have proper tools to fix. AHS Said he was to fix it during that visit. Ended up hiring an outside company, fixed it fir $250 and was out of my $100 paid to AHS.
