Joel did a thorough job of checking and performing routine maintenance on our rooftop HVAC unit. He also has a very pleasant personality.

Technician Luis Rivera performed a 4 year Generac Whole Home generator required maintenance update and did so as he explained what he was doing. He was very thorough and diligent through his inspection of the valves as well as replacing the oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs. He was a great technician to have and spoke highly about working for his company.

I have no idea how they have so many good reviews, maybe I just got the one lazy and unprofessional service provider.
Anyway, they came out to fix my faucet. They asked on the phone if I had already bought one. I said no, I will just get the piece from you. When they showed up, I was told they don't carry it around with them, i asked if I can go buy one, he told me no and they need to order it. It will not be ready for another week and set an appointment to come fix it, he said between 8-10am the following Friday. By 11, he still had no shown up, so I called and they said I didn't have an appt and needed to contact the plumber!! They didn't follow up until the end of the day, But then I had already called another plumber, who showed up in 20 minutes, with a faucet and fixed it promptly. And for 1/3 of the price that this company quoted me!!!!!

I have their MVP plan since 2020 and I never regretted signing up for it. Services have always been top notch and my regular technician Hector is just the best. Detailed, honest and transparent I always feel I am getting what I paid for with some thing extra added. Thank you guys!

It had been a while since I got a tune up on my heater and decided to call Service Champions. They Kyle and I could not have been more pleased by the work he performed, the detail of showing me pictures of my heater in the attic and his recommendations. At no point did I feel any pressure and decided to enroll in their MVP program. He's coming back to replace a part and to install a new WIFI thermostat. Very pleased with everything and again, Kyle did a great job!

I love workin with service champions. Today Ricky was my service technician. He inspected all our heating and cooling systems as well as our tankless water heater to make sure we were set for the coming winter. He sat and explained what he found and made suggestions without any pressure of when to proceed. They have taken care of all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs since we moved into this house. Today he replaced our Anti venting caps.

First, their scheduling was fast and effective compared to other service companies. The tech was on time, explained everything thoroughly and was tidy about tracking in the house. Wasn't able to complete the inspection since I needed a breaker repair. Given the service so far, I will call them back to replace the breaker.

Nick from Service Champions did our annual inspection service on our heater and air conditioning unit . Nick was very professional and answered all questions I had in regards to the upkeep for the future. I’ve always had great service from Service Champions technicians and personal . Highly recommend

Nick had a nice smile when he showed up. He was friendly and professional. He went right to. What he needed to do which I appreciated. Before he left he let me know what he found and what would be needed for next year’s service. Nick is a great representative of Service Champion.

My husband and I are MVP members. We were very pleased with Tristen's service. He performed a thorough evaluation and tuneup on our furnace and air conditioner. He brought to our attention a part on the A/C needed to be replaced to help extend its life expectancy. We sincerely appreciated his knowledge, technical skills, and for being a great and honest person. Thank you Tristen!!

Great same day service. Arrived on time. The lady making the booking was as good as they get. Very professional and skilled tech. Trustworthy diagnostics for our furnace with straight forward recommendations. Reasonable diagnostics fee. Offer a good range of options for maintenance services. This is the 3rd time we have used them and every time has been excellent. Highly recommend the team.

Service Champions serviced my systems again this year as part of my MVP package. Always a great deal for the subscription. The technician was on time and even had a manager present as part of Service Champion's quality control processes. i was impressed as usual with the professionalism of the technician, Hector, and his communication both before arriving and while working.
